This purchase was made as an upgrade from Ipad5 for my 84 yer old mother. The decision on this model was based on the high reviews throughout the years and the fact that it is the last year with the home button bezel making her transition easier than the touch features. The refurbished model was in good condition, with only a few minor blemishes and came with a full year Apple warranty. Extended warranty is available through Best Buy. Purchase, shipping and arrival time was as stated. My only concern was it was just left on her porch had I not been checking the status to alert them package was delivered they would not have known. She has been using her new IPad for two weeks and I have not heard one complaint. I would highly recommend Best Buy refurbished products.

Very happy with my Ipad. Looks like it is brand new and everything works. My wife has one just like it except for color. I use for games, reading, and music.

The internet speed is good. The battery life takes along time to charge and seems to die fast. The keyboard at times lags and you have to tap really hard on the keys for it to work.

It works very well. I’ve only used it for a few days but everything seems like it’s brand new even though it’s refurbished.
