The tablet has been glitching ever since we received it. It won’t hold a charge and there is 0 storage

Purchased three… iPads where decent some scuffs and old stickers from previous owner where still noticeably. 2 out of the three iPads had very bad charging cables yellow, used, abs different plug boxes I purchased them as a gift but now embarrassed to give them the charging cables
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
