Customer Ratings & Reviews

My experience with Apple headphones, especially the specific pair I recently bought, has been excellent. They are very convenient to use and easy to locate if misplaced. The sound quality is clear and powerful, providing an enjoyable listening experience. Another thing I appreciate is that they don’t cause any discomfort to my ears, even after wearing them for long periods. I can exercise comfortably while wearing them, knowing they will stay secure and not fall out. Even when I am on a plane, I feel confident that I won’t lose them. Overall, Apple headphones are comfortable, reliable, and deliver outstanding sound quality, which is why I like them so much.

I purchased these USB-C EarPods from Best Buy, and they’ve been excellent. The sound quality is clear and well-balanced, with crisp vocals and solid bass. They fit comfortably in my ears, even during extended use, and the USB-C connection works perfectly with my phone without needing an adapter. The built-in microphone is clear for phone calls, and the volume and playback controls are convenient and responsive. If you’re looking for reliable wired earbuds with great audio quality and plug-and-play convenience, these are definitely worth buying. Highly recommended!

I bought the Apple USB-C EarPods mainly for reliability and I’m honestly impressed. I use them daily for calls and videos, and the microphone quality is very clear — people hear me better than when I use Bluetooth earbuds, especially in noisy environments. The biggest advantage is no charging and instant connection. I just plug them into my phone and they work immediately every time. Sound quality is balanced with clear vocals and decent bass for wired earbuds, and they are comfortable enough to wear for long periods without ear fatigue. They are also perfect when traveling or working because I never have to worry about battery life dying during a call or navigation. For the price, these are actually one of the most dependable earphones you can buy. If you don’t want to deal with charging AirPods all the time, these are a great choice.

This was the best purchase ever. The Apple earbuds (USB-C) white earbuds was a great purchase. The quality of this product is amazing. These earbuds have great crisp sound and it’s a plus to be able to adjust the volume and use the pause feature. They’re light weight and easy to carry in your purse, or backpack. I love that they are easy to untangle and for its sturdiness. I enjoy them so much and decided to purchase more for my kiddos. Thank you Best Buy for having the Apple Ear-buds (USB-C) white in stock readily available to purchase. I don’t leave home without them.

Good sound quality, comfortable fit and portable. Have latest airpods but always own the wired AirPods, and these are my go to!

I’m really happy with these EarPods. The sound quality is really good and well-balanced. Clear audio, comfortable in my ears, and the USB-C works perfectly. Definitely worth it!

I switched from Apple compatible to actual Apple EarPods. Much better quality and fit in the ear. Clear voice on both ends of the call and good range of sound from music. I liked wired because bluetooth keeps hitting dead zones when walking around my neighborhood, the wired never has issues.

The airpods which i bought are apple’s wired EarPods are a reliable and thoughtfully designed set of headphones that continue to deliver excellent daily performance. The sound quality is clear and well-balanced, offering crisp highs, warm mids, and a satisfying bass response that make them enjoyable for music, calls, and podcasts alike. Their ergonomic design ensures a comfortable fit for most ears, even during long listening sessions, and the lightweight build makes them easy to wear throughout the day. The in-line remote is a convenient touch, allowing quick control of volume, music playback, and calls without needing to reach for the phone. Durability is another strong point. The build feels sturdy for wired headphones, and they hold up well with regular use. Pairing them with Apple devices is seamless, as they connect instantly and work flawlessly without the need for charging or wireless setup. Overall, the Apple EarPods remain a dependable choice for anyone who values clear audio, comfort, and simple functionality. They are a classic accessory that continues to provide great value.

I recently went on a trip to Baltimore and lost the headphones somewhere along the way and back. So made a second purchase for the same headphones. They’re everything I need in a headphones. Easy to use, loud and clear when using for phone calls. Could be louder for music but that’s my opinion. Sometimes the cord can get caught on zippers, backpacks and clothes. So what I do pull them through my clothes and that takes care of it. They do tangle a lot if you just throw them in your pocket and hours later you go looking for them. They untangle quickly though. I have come up with my own way of putting my headphones away so I can use them right away after pulling them out of my pockets. Precise way of wrapping them up carefully. It should be the third picture. This helps tremendously. I also got a small pouch to store them in when I’m not using them.

I have AirPods. I left them at my job one day after they had already locked up and just needed a quick pair of wired headphones to use to get home (Brooklyn). I’m in the middle of Chelsea, so I had a few options as to where to get some headphones. I wanted to get the best deal for Apple headphones being that I have an iPhone 17. I saw online that new and RETURNING Apple Music users can get 3 months of free Apple Music if the headphones were purchased at Best Buy. I was tired of Apple Music dipping its hands into my account for that 11.99 a month or whatever it is lol. As I’m sure a lot of us are. So naturally, I came to Best Buy and was able to grab the headphones and went to the cashier to purchase. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the cashier’s name, but she was very sweet and helpful in helping me to locate the code that I needed to obtain the free Apple Music subscription. She was patient & kind. It took me a little bit to get the subscription together because apparently I had some issues on my Apple account, but I was able to rectify it and get three months of free Apple Music! What I learned is that you have to cancel your current subscription, wait until your current subscription expires and then submit the code. If you have any issues, just call Apple and they will help you. And now, what’s funny is I find myself using the wired headphones even more now because they make me feel nostalgic and are just easier to keep track of. And I don’t have to charge them! Thanks, Best Buy!

I recently purchased the Apple EarPods (USB-C) in white from Best Buy for my iPhone 15 Pro Max, and the experience has been fantastic, as always. The seamless integration with my device ensures high-quality sound and a comfortable fit, perfect for daily use. The USB-C connection is a great match for the latest iPhone, offering reliable performance and convenience. Best Buy provided excellent service, making the entire purchase smooth and satisfying. Highly recommended!

[Employee of bestbuy] The Apple USB‑C EarPods are easily the best earbuds on the market. The sound is crisp, balanced, and way clearer than anything else at this price. They’re comfortable for hours, the mic is great, and the plug‑and‑play convenience beats every wireless option. Absolute must‑have.

I’ve been using these earpods for a couple of weeks, and I’m genuinely impressed! The sound quality is crisp and well-balanced, with deep bass and clear highs, perfect for everything from music to podcasts. They connect quickly and reliably via Bluetooth, and I’ve had zero dropouts or issues. Comfort-wise, they fit snugly in my ears without any discomfort, even during longer use or workouts. The noise isolation is surprisingly effective too, even without active noise cancellation. Battery life is great. I get hours of playback on a single charge, and the charging case tops them off super fast. Overall, these earpods are a great value for the price. Whether you're commuting, exercising, or just chilling at home, they’re a solid choice. Highly recommend!

I have an android and will never stop using wired apple ear pods for many reasons. 1 being the price. $20 and these earbuds are fantastic for decent quality music that I can use for months and get another pair. I tried so many other brands most costing double even tripple than the apple earpods will run you. Every skullcandy or jbl or beats for corded usb c never fit right, sounds cheap and costs way more. If you want amazing customizable earbuds with extra bass or whatever, these arent for you. These are for the every day working people who want a great sounding, wired earbud without spending 1,2,3,$400 on one with slightly better features than the less expensive ones. I had apple earpods my whole life and wanted to see what could compete with them to change it up, so now you dont have to waste your time and money! Jlab buds pro for $30, but cant fit in the ear correctly and sometimes one bud wouldn't work and they were easily crushed by apple. Next i tried the belkon sound form at the same $20 for apple. They fit great. They dont sound as crip and clear as apple though and ear fatigue set on rather fast. Then they broke 1 week 4 days after the first use. Never happened to apple and my experience. Last on this competition list was the sony ex15c wired earbuds. For $30 dollars these buds are decent sounding and fit mostly snug. Volume is low though. So i still say apple is the best choice for quality earpods without paying more money and getting a cheaper product. From an android user, the earbud/airpod selection from apple will always be better than anything samsung can do (and im samsung biased) but will say if youre on the fence, these apple earpods are the best quality for a price that beats the competition.

Absolutely love these for casual listening. The sound quality is very good and balanced. Mic works well for calls. Very very comfortable. Don’t expect any kind of noise cancellation. They aren’t designed for that. I’m very happy with them.

One of the best things about these simple earphones is that, it not just works with Apple product, but with anything USB-C. Having said that, it did NOT work with my Surface Duo phone, but works great with other android devices (despite apple not mentioning this on their website description). Apple has reduced the thickness of the cable; I doubt if this is still as strong and long-lasting as the original 3.5mm earphones. I miss the plastic cases that apple used to sell their earphones in (reusing this case from older earphones). Overall, a decent apple product that works with many USB-C ports for Mac, PC, iPhones and Androids. Kudos apple, hope you continue this path.

Excellent sound quality, comfortable fit, and works perfectly. Great value for the price.

As a therapist seeing clients online all day, the Apple USB-C EarPods are easily my best work investment: Outstanding microphone: The inline mic isolates my voice and cuts through background noise remarkably well—clients always hear me loud and clear. Crisp sound: The audio output is balanced and natural for hours of continuous listening without ear fatigue. Zero latency or battery anxiety: Being wired means no Bluetooth drops or recharging needed between back-to-back sessions. Ideal cord length: The cable length is just right—long enough to move naturally, without turning into a tangled mess on my desk. Simple, affordable, and outperforms headsets that cost five times as much!

Wired Apple Headphones The Wired Apple EarPods are a classic choice for anyone seeking a simple, functional, and reasonably priced pair of headphones. While they’re no longer the flagship offering from Apple, they still hold their ground in terms of quality and reliability. Design & Comfort The EarPods have a clean, minimalistic design that aligns with Apple’s aesthetic. The ergonomic shape of the earbuds is designed to fit comfortably in most ears. They’re lightweight and secure, making them suitable for extended use without significant discomfort. However, fit can vary depending on ear shape—some users may find them slightly loose. Sound Quality For their price, the EarPods deliver impressive audio performance. The sound is well-balanced, with clear mids and highs. Bass response is decent, though it might not satisfy audiophiles or bass-heavy music enthusiasts. They excel in clarity for podcasts, calls, and casual music listening, but they lack the depth and richness of more premium headphones. Microphone & Controls The inline remote and microphone are standout features, especially for calls or voice commands. The mic delivers clear audio during conversations, and the remote allows for easy volume control, track skipping, and call management. It’s an excellent addition for those who prioritize hands-free functionality. Durability While the EarPods are well-built, the cable can feel slightly flimsy. Prolonged use, especially with regular tangling or rough handling, may lead to fraying or internal wire damage. For casual, everyday use, they hold up fine, but they’re not the most rugged option on the market. Compatibility The standard 3.5mm jack version is versatile, working with most devices that have a headphone port. However, for Apple devices without a headphone jack, the Lightning connector version is available. That said, users may find themselves frustrated if they frequently switch between devices with different connectors. Verdict The Wired Apple EarPods remain a reliable option for those who value simplicity, solid sound quality, and compatibility with Apple products. They’re a practical choice for casual users or as a backup pair of headphones. However, they fall short if you’re seeking premium sound or durability. For their price point, though, they’re hard to beat. Rating: 5/5

The functionality of these USB-C EarPods is absolutely flawless. After plugging them in, there was no need for installation; the device detected them immediately. The sound quality is nice, the bass for the wired earphones is excellent, and the microphone does a decent job in phone conversations. It is nice that there are built-in options for changing the volume, playing and stopping music, and answering the call. These earbuds are light and comfortable to wear on a daily basis due to their wired nature, which also implies that there is no need to recharge or pair the earbuds. If you are searching for a reliable option for cheap USB-C earbuds, these will suit your needs perfectly.
