Excellent condition, 1 minor scratch. Like brand new when you open the box to set it up. Clean crisp picture. I’m using it for my online dart game set up. As a camera and to use the application. This was my first time buying a refurbished product and I’m 100% satisfied.

I had trouble getting the latest OS to work on my new refurbished iPad so l I chatted online with a tech. I did a couple of the things he suggested and one of them worked! I love Best Buy, especially their tech-support. That’s just one of the reasons why I prefer to buy all my electronics from Best Buy.! You, Best Buy, are also always competitively priced, as well! To top it off, your employees are ALWAYS so courteous and helpful! Merry Christmas, Best Buy.

Typically Best Buy is quick on delivery, and their products are long lasting. I decided to order a refurbished iPad from them on Black Friday. It was supposed to come within a week. About three days after my order it said that my order was delayed. I thought it was because of the weather, so I brushed it off. After 2 weeks of not getting my package I contacted Best Buy and they said that my package was lost. They could not replace my order, so I lost the Black Friday deal. I would have never known I would never get my package if I didn’t reach out. I am currently waiting for a refund.

We bought this for our child with a protective case and we love it. The battery life is solid. We don't really need a lot of storage with the basic apps. It runs very well even for being a little older. It was in excellent condition when it arrived. Design/Build Quality - This IPad has seen a lot of drops from our children and it seems very durable. Performance - Very quick even with a slightly older processor, quick startup, beautiful screen I would recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable IPad.

I love my new iPad. I'm new to an Apple product and thought it would be hard to learn how to use it. However, it has been easy to learn. The quality of the FaceTime stream has been more than I ever expected. I use FaceTime to talk with my mom who has Alzheimer's, it's helped her remember who I am. That alone is priceless
