I rarely do reviews but I have to say I was impressed. With BB cause the transaction was Great! Fantastic price point, the delivery and quality of the item was spot on! It seems as though Best Buy has really invested in delivering building better customer service. And the speed in which items reach me now is def swifter. Whatever it is, keep doing it! Highly recommend 10 out of 5 stars if I could.

Product is great! Works amazing. Had a rough ordering/delivery of the correct item. Had to return 2 WiFi only devices until we finally received the WiFi + Cellular device we ordered. But overall, good product.

For a refurbished iPad, this was perfect! Only thing was a used charging cord. Bought a new one! Problem fixed!

I received a different model than the one I ordered, an inferior one that only had Wi-Fi. I couldn't return it to the store; they wouldn't accept it because it wasn't the product I ordered. I finally managed to return it, and ended up buying the newer model.

Sent me a iPad with no service. It was the right color just no cellular option on the iPad and that was the reason I got it to add service.
