    Fantastic speedy delivery, quality and price!

    I rarely do reviews but I have to say I was impressed. With BB cause the transaction was Great! Fantastic price point, the delivery and quality of the item was spot on! It seems as though Best Buy has really invested in delivering building better customer service. And the speed in which items reach me now is def swifter. Whatever it is, keep doing it! Highly recommend 10 out of 5 stars if I could.

    Has issues

    Battery life horrible. Don't get anything refurbished from Best Buy they only give you 14 days to return. By the time I gave it as a present and they tried it the time past was 18 days from delivery. No refund no warranty unless you pay for it. Go to their competition the minimum warranty 90 days!

    Product is great! Works amazing. Had a rough ordering/delivery of the correct item. Had to return 2 WiFi only devices until we finally received the WiFi + Cellular device we ordered. But overall, good product.
