for a refurbished, it works. However, it has a bunch of scratches and marks, a little bent. But it works that's all that matters no high expectations for a refurbished mac.

It was extremely slow & the size was very small, ordered it for a work computer and couldn’t do my tasks on it because the screen was so small

This all could have been avoided if I’d been smarter and read things correctly, I just wanna put that out there. When I saw an M3 MacBook for 400 bucks I knew I had to snag the deal asap so I did. After ordering I saw it was an intel i5 processor so why was it labeled as an M3? However, when I realized I’d ordered the wrong model MacBook I instantly tried to cancel my order through the website and on two separate devices it would not go through. Then, when my package arrived it said exactly what it was on the outside of the box. Name, serial, everything. Upon taking it to return it they’d let me know I can’t return it without the box. That’s fine and that’s on me, the lady helping me in store was nice enough to try to return it anyway. While waiting for a specialist to assist with an exchange, I waited over 40 minutes with no one coming to help. I had to pull a worker aside and he was very helpful. The location didn’t have what I was looking for though, so I cut my losses and went to collect my return money. When I’d gotten up there, another worker had thrown away the return slip needed to process it and I wasn’t able to get my return. Again there are things I could have done to mitigate what happened, but I’m not happy with how much of a hassle it became to just return a product.

Macbook works great but battery life is 2hr long due to its 340+ cycles, charger looks burnt and it shows on the MacBook screen
