I bought my MacBook Pro in March and it’s been a big upgrade from my old HP. It runs smoothly for everything I use it for (Netflix, school, browsing, light editing). Battery life is just okay but it drains a bit if I just shut it closed, so I recommend putting it in sleep mode and keeping it charged when not in use. I love the size, backlit keyboard, and touchbar, plus it syncs perfectly with my iPhone so everything’s in one place. I did get a case, keyboard cover, and an adapter since it only has USB-C ports. The camera isn’t the best, but it works fine. Overall, I like it, it’s a sleek, reliable laptop that does the job really well!

Its battery discharges within a few minutes (minutes, no hours), even without being used.

Never got anything unless someone stolen my item really upset but it was cheap I’m not sure if its a scam or not!

Loved the laptop, it quick and works good, but gets too hot!

I’ve only had it for around 2 weeks, my charger randomly stopped working and was in a bit of damaged shape when I received

Great deal for the price. Very minimal wear. Overall great purchase. Would recommend.

The laptop has not worked since I bought it I had to send it to geek squad and it still doesn’t work I would like to return it and get another one that is a little bit better

I purchaed this Macbook as a refurbished model. I tried to setup this Maxbook. The person who had this laptop wiped out the MacOS operating system software amd added the Microsoft Office software and it had professional work emal software loaded on the Macbook. Apparently the Geek Squad or the team doesn’t always complete quality checks on these refurbished laptops to bring back to factory settings before selling this laptop as a refurbished model . I had to take the MacBook back to the Bestbuy store and the Geek Squad was unable to restore the MacBook to factory settings and adding the MacOS software back on the Macbook. I had to get my money back on this MacBook due to all issues with the laptop.

Makes lot of noise fan & gets hit really hot this is not my first Mac

Very good MacBook works perfectly and is In great condition

MacBook is a great product. Bought this for the grandson and he was delighted. We already knew this was a great product because the wife and myself have one!

The Apple Mac computer is probably the best thing for your business I have gained 6 figures from the apple computer

This was for my 16 year old daughter. She absolutely loves it. I loved the price!! It works great and we are very pleased

Very good price and have had absolutelt no issues would buy again

Love my new computer! Great value for the price. Excellent product!

Love this machine. It came on time too. Everything is as it said it would be. Best Buy is the Best Buy!

Do not but from best buy, as fhe refurbished macbook I bought had the previous owners admin rights still on it. Geek Squad could not factory reset it, nor honor my return because I was 14 days past the return date 1/15/26. I will never buy from best buy, as apparently they do not do quality assurance on these refurbished devices.

My wife is very happy with that present she used a lot

This refurbished laptop was awful! It had the sticker residue from a sticker and not Fully cleaned off and the battery life was horrendous. I took it back for a refund. I wish I could give it zero stars.

I love my MacBook and the savings I got buying refurbished.
