One of the best purchases i have made from Bestbuy! The Mac came out so fresh like new. Spotless! Performance is great. Holds very good charge.

Not exactly “refurbished”…
As soon as i opened the box and took it out of the wrap, i noticed damage to the back corner of the top, it wasnt as smooth as you can see in the pictures turns out it was bent, which was caused damage to the display that wasnt fixed. Then i opened the laptop, (it was somewhat stuck together because it hadnt been even wiped down it literally looked like it came out of a teenagers bookbag and was put in a box and sent to me. Needless to say ill be returning this old beat up thing tomorrow and spending slightly more on a new one with better hardware. So if youre on the fence on getting the refurb or getting new, just get new, if youre on a tighter budget or really not too worried about the “minor damage” then this might be for you. Oh and both sides of the trackpad are ridiculously scratched, just see the picturez i cant even describe it in words..

Not great for the price
For the price I expected little to no damage, this thing has dings and dents and scratches like crazy! The screen was also filthy. I was pretty shocked to see the condition it came in. Seems to work fine but I just got it today 9/28/23.
