Love my new M2 MacBook Pro!
Always seamless working with BestBuy. The FedEx ground shipping was not my favorite part (sending the trade in back), but the rest of the transaction, including my 2019 MacBook trade-in was nicely done!

BEWARE
Beware, they sent an M1 Pro, NOT an M2 Pro. Extremely, extremely misleading and disappointing. They even put the serial number in the order confirmation, which you can clearly look up in Apple's database and see it's not an M2.

Don't trust certified refurbished
Certified refurbished order 1 of 2 in one month. This one couldn't turn on or charge. It arrived loosely "padded" with a bubble sleeve that did not have bubbles on one side, leaving just the wall of the carboard box between the computer and impact damage. Returned it to try again, which was also a failure.
