This was my first negative experience using the BestBuy refurbished option. The Magic Keyboard arrived pretty damaged at the hinge and the charging port. There was also damage inside near the camera cutout, and flecks of dirt were seemingly pressed into the back cover, which is nearly impossible to remove. I would not expect any retailer to sell something in this condition for over $200. Overall, the quality is poor, and I am generally disappointed in the BestBuy refurbished program.

Love the keyboard. Soft touch keys. Back light is to see in dim light. Comfortable to use. Refurbished is as good as new.

These are amazing. Saved money and the Magic Keyboard is completely, fully functional.

This is my second magic keyboard. I broke the key on the other one and debated heavily whether to re-invest in a new one after Apple wouldn't replace my key. My compromise was to buy a refurbished one, and I am pleased I did, as it saved me money and looks new.

Loved this case. It pretty much turned my iPad into a computer! It has a great trackpad and a quiet keyboard. Love it !

BB did not have any "new" magic keyboards, so I bought this "geek squad certified refurbished" as a Christmas gift. When it was opened on Christmas morning, it seemed to work perfectly. However, it was extremely oily with smudges and there was a crack in the opening for the camera. I returned it quickly the day after Christmas.

I love how it makes my iPad versatile if I don’t want to bring my laptop with me I can use my iPad with the Magic Keyboard

I am disgruntled that this keyboard was sold as a standard US QWERTY keyboard but I received an international keyboard which is very awkward to utilize on a daily basis. I have been teaching myself to use it but it still annoys me daily.

I would give this whole thing zero reviews if I could I ordered this for a birthday present and they sent the wrong keyboard. It does not fit. It is way too small. Customer service was a joke.
