A: I ordered two of these and they both came without the proper band (I returned the first one because I thought it was a mistake, but now I see it's intentional). But you you get the watch, a charging cable, and a cheap third-party band.

Great watch!
Bought this watch to replace my older model. I read about both the Ultra and Ultra 2 model and decided to buy this one because of the blood oxygen app. As a refurbished item it looked like brand new except for a couple of tiny scratches on the screen. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality and service provided by Best Buy and would highly recommend this watch.

Great Deal
Overall really happy with the purchase, watch is in great condition with no scratches on sapphire crystal and a few very minor scuffs on titanium body. Did not come with the band pictured but a trail loop which is what I would have preferred so it worked out great for me. Only negative is battery health is 89% which is unfortunate but still lasts all day and charges very fast.
