I truly love this iPad. It’s so convenient to use. It has a lot of memory. The camera is wonderful. It’s fast. It has 256 gb which is more than enough memory for anyone. This is the best one I’ve ever had so far. When I need to look something up, I have it in a black portfolio case with magnetic closure I know my iPad is always secure in this case my husband bought for me. I go to my iPad before I even go to my laptop I just love it. Thank you so much Best Buy for the great price!!!

**Disappointing Best Buy Experience with a Geek Squad Guaranteed Refurbished iPad** My experience purchasing a refurbished iPad guaranteed by Geek Squad was extremely frustrating. The first iPad had no sound, and the second had less storage than I ordered. After two failed attempts, I finally received the correct iPad on the third try. The return process was just as disappointing. Despite providing tracking information and proof of when I dropped off the second iPad at FedEx, Best Buy repeatedly contacted me about the return, causing unnecessary stress and frustration. I also purchased a screen protector that I installed on both incorrect devices. Online customer service assured me that it would be replaced, but it never arrived. When I called to follow up, I was told I would have to purchase another one. Essentially, Best Buy kept two screen protectors I paid for, and the least they could have done was honor their promise to send a replacement. What should have been a simple purchase turned into a frustrating experience involving three iPads, a stressful return process, and a broken promise. I expected better quality control and customer service from Best Buy, especially on a product guaranteed by Geek Squad. Although the third iPad was finally correct, this experience has significantly diminished my confidence in Best Buy. **Customers deserve better.**

Works great like it should. Only thing is it takes forever to charge and the battery life doesn’t last long.

The iPad was like new. Not a scratch, no wear or tear. It was ready for setup and came with all the necessary cords. Great to see you can buy like new products for a price that is much less than brand new!

I needed something portable with instant on without having to carry a smart phone all the time. Having the ipad "there" was convenient and i could still receive "ph calls". This was my 3rd GEEK Ipad left at various parts of the property for access to various wireless controls and for information.

Works fine for the most part. The power button on the top sticks a little bit but still functions correctly.
