Customer Ratings & Reviews

Excellent condition, 1 minor scratch. Like brand new when you open the box to set it up. Clean crisp picture. I’m using it for my online dart game set up. As a camera and to use the application. This was my first time buying a refurbished product and I’m 100% satisfied.

I had trouble getting the latest OS to work on my new refurbished iPad so l I chatted online with a tech. I did a couple of the things he suggested and one of them worked! I love Best Buy, especially their tech-support. That’s just one of the reasons why I prefer to buy all my electronics from Best Buy.! You, Best Buy, are also always competitively priced, as well! To top it off, your employees are ALWAYS so courteous and helpful! Merry Christmas, Best Buy.

Bought this iPad 2 years ago. It showed up in perfect condition and has continued to look brand new. Definitely recommend

Love this iPad. The purchase was for my 85 year old mother who is tech challenged. It is so user friendly. The purchase process was so easy. Other family members now want to buy refurbished iPads from Best Buy.

Recommend love it not too big and the color is beautiful l

I love my I pad and pretty case.it was refurbished and I got it at a great price.

I bought this for my sister. It’s the perfect size for her. It works just like it was brand new. It only took 2 days to get delivered!

It’s just like new, works perfectly, holds a charge for a long time. I absolutely love it.

it has really good quilty and it’s really helpful for when im doing my school work.

The iPad is great. But the shipping was very poor.

As advertised. Functioning properly and was exactly as stated

Typically Best Buy is quick on delivery, and their products are long lasting. I decided to order a refurbished iPad from them on Black Friday. It was supposed to come within a week. About three days after my order it said that my order was delayed. I thought it was because of the weather, so I brushed it off. After 2 weeks of not getting my package I contacted Best Buy and they said that my package was lost. They could not replace my order, so I lost the Black Friday deal. I would have never known I would never get my package if I didn’t reach out. I am currently waiting for a refund.

product stop charging after a couple of months, SCAM !

I purchased this I-pad for my daughter who is turning 5! The price is initially what captured me. I definitely was not spending a ton for my 5yr old yet, $160 compared to anything else was phenomenal! The reviews were great for how the product operates. I will put it inside a kid proof case for her. This is a birthday gift so she hasn’t received it yet. But setting it up was easy, I already downloaded games, with ease but other than a couple of tiny scratches on the backside, I actually would love to keep for myself!! We’ll see as time goes but for now it’s definitely a winner!

We bought this for our child with a protective case and we love it. The battery life is solid. We don't really need a lot of storage with the basic apps. It runs very well even for being a little older. It was in excellent condition when it arrived. Design/Build Quality - This IPad has seen a lot of drops from our children and it seems very durable. Performance - Very quick even with a slightly older processor, quick startup, beautiful screen I would recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable IPad.

I love my new iPad. I'm new to an Apple product and thought it would be hard to learn how to use it. However, it has been easy to learn. The quality of the FaceTime stream has been more than I ever expected. I use FaceTime to talk with my mom who has Alzheimer's, it's helped her remember who I am. That alone is priceless

Works great! My daughter uses it solely to play games and gave time her friends! Battery life is good, even with her doing multitasking!

Bought this for my 7 year old daughter to play games on and it works great. Fast enough for her to play whatever she wants! Does not glitch and battery lasts

Good product. It is working fine and no complaints on battery.

Great Quality as if it were brand new! I didn’t like that it didn’t come in a box & the charger that they sent was the wrong one. But other than that, great product
