I got the silver iPad 10th generation in October 9, and overall, I’m pretty happy with it! This iPad is perfect for my son’s first iPad. It runs great and the battery life is good. It has a couple dings on it but you can’t even tell with the case on .

Even though it was refurbished it looked BRAND NEW! no scratches , no dents, everything works perfectly . I highly recommend buying this item to save a few dollars.

Going to make this review as thorough as possible since there aren’t that many! This ipad looks, acts, literally does everything it’s suppose to do. I was a little skeptical since it said refurbished but the ipad came In great condition. You wouldn’t even be able to tell it’s refurbished unless you tell someone. It did come with a charger but not the regular white cord with the adapater piece you usually get with an Apple product. Other than that it works amazing I’m so inlove with it and will be purchasing from Best Buy again!

I love my new-to-me refurbished iPad 10. It looks just about perfect, and I've had no issues whatsoever with it. It even arrived faster than I expected! Also, I needed to reach out to customer service during the purchasing process, and both gentlemen who helped me were patient and did a great job getting done what needed done. Another good Best Buy experience!
