Buyer beware on referb products from Best Buy

Received a Gen 7 Model, not “latest” and incorrect charger (USB-C instead of lightning port). Online support said take it to a store, store said they could not provide online order support. Store did take as return and credit, but unable to get me the correct model at the correct price. Then asked online support how to get a replacement and they ask said they couldn’t re-order at sale price or provide any discount to a new iPad. Buyer beware on referb products from Best Buy.
