Great laptop. I was pleasantly surprised about the condition of laptop. No scratches. Great speed. I love the touchbar, with predicted text when writing papers. Also comes in great for auto fill. I enjoy the large screen to complete task. Can go wrong with laptop, but used and save difference

I was looking forward to having a MacBook Pro at a great day, and honestly everything runs great on it, the laptop itself was in great conditions, nothing wrong with the keys or the screen. I was VERY disappointed with the performance. Yes, it runs fast and efficient, that is at the expensive of draining the battery, quickly!! It would not be so bad to leave it plugged up while using it if it did not heat up so much. The keypad gets hot, and the charging block, (which was a generic brand, not even Apple) heats up so much that I would not feel safe leaving it plugged up if I left the house. While my iCloud was loading, it kept pausing for the "MacBook to cool down" If you are not concerned for the temperature and battery performance, then you will get a great deal. However this was not going to fit my needs. I will be returning it and buying a MacBook Air M3.

MacBook is in good condition, haven’t had much problems so far and it works really well.

Purchased just over a year ago. We use it almost everyday for school work, videos and other personal enjoyment. No problems at all. Very happy with purchase.

Packaging was bare bones (was hoping for the Apple box) but that was fine. The Macbook itself arrived in excellent condition and so far i've had no problems with it.

I’m blown away that I got a laptop of this caliber for under $700. I can’t say enough amazing things about the quality and care that was given and taken with this refurbished model. It captures everything I want in a Mac laptop and then some. The shipping was extremely fast and free from Best Buy and the product was better than I had expected. I’m a sucker for the streamlined capabilities Apple products have. knowing my IPad, Apple Watch, Apple notebook and my Iphone all sink together making my information I need to accessible when I need it gives me a incredible amount of freedom and confidence in the Apple brand.

Love it, always have been an Apple fan. Works perfectly and have not had any issues. Bought it refurbished and saved a lot of money. Thank you Best Buy and the geek squad, would do it again!

Got sent me the wrong item and had to drive an hour to the nearest Best Buy just to get told to go to customer service I called customer service and they told me to go in person , I went in person again just for them to tell me to come back tomorrow.

When I got my MacBook, it still had someone’s personal account on it. Seems like it may have been used as a work computer. I reached out to tech support & was told to call feel support. They told me to call Apple to remove account.

This computer is super heavy. It constantly over heats and shuts off. I can be in the middle of typing. The good thing is the work auto saves but it’s annoying because it constantly happens. When I go to update it, I have to try multiple times for the updates to go through. When it works it works perfectly. I am so busy between school and work I don’t have time to take it in to be looked at and I’m too afraid it will have to be exchanged and I end up without a laptop while being in school and I fall behind. I am making it work and don’t want to pay full price as the only thing I do on my computer is literally school work and nothing else. I love the screen size and the light up key board. If it didn’t over heat and shut off it would be 5 stars. Battery last pretty long as well love that it’s type c charging.

Bought this for my daughter, who is taking digital creative courses at a local community college. This is a stunning Macbook Pro. We wanted silver, but only space gray was available. It is sleeker and (dare I say) prettier in person than we expected. The 16" screen is impressive and gorgeous. We own several Apple devices but have chosen not to upgrade to the M-chip series in the Pro yet, as this version is more affordable and runs the same macOS as the latest MacBook Pro. She uses Adobe and Final Cut on this model without any delays. The refurbished model is nearly perfect. One tiny (I won't even call it a dent) blemish on one edge is the only giveaway that it's not brand new. The battery life might also be less than perfect, but adding a new battery is fairly inexpensive. I believe this 2019 model will last at least three years before it starts to lag in the market. That's perfect timing for us to upgrade to an M-chip in the future. The box it came in was a little "handled," but the laptop was safely bubble-wrapped inside. We had it delivered to our local Best Buy and picked it up from there to avoid having to be home to sign for it. We also thought it might improve the package status to go to the store and not out for residential delivery. I'm thrilled to have scored a high-end MacBook Pro for just a quarter of its original price. I also treated myself to an M3 MacBook Air in Midnight at a discount (since it's no longer the latest model), and it’s stunning as well!

I was really hesitant to purchase a refurbished device but I’ve trusted Best Buy for many years and this experience went well! The laptop itself is within my comfort level of physical appearance. Screen is in good condition, speakers work great and minimum scratches around the outer body. One spot does have discoloration but not severe. The charger that came with the laptop is not apples brand but instead a cheap third party cord that’s loose. That is why this rating receives a 4/5.

I’ve been using this refurbished 16-inch MacBook Pro for about 7 months now, and overall I’m very happy with it. The biggest reasons I chose this laptop were the large 16-inch display and the Touch Bar. The screen is bright, sharp, and gives me plenty of room for work, school, and entertainment, while the Touch Bar has been a feature I genuinely enjoy using. I was able to get it at a very reasonable price, especially considering the performance and build quality. For what I paid, I feel like I got a great value. The battery life is probably a 5/10 by today’s standards. It’s good enough for everyday use, but you’ll likely want to keep the charger nearby if you’re using it for long periods. The speakers are another area where I think it could be better. They’re usable, but they aren’t very impressive compared to newer laptops. That said, reliability has been excellent. After 7 months of regular use, it hasn’t given me a single problem. It’s been dependable, handles everything I need it to do, and still feels like a premium laptop. If you can find one at a good price and don’t mind the average battery life and speakers, I’d definitely recommend it.
