Battery life is excellent - Didn't need to charge it for 3 days of use and still it was not in the red. It is sleek, and snappy - For studying and photo editing this is more than enough and you'll not notice any performance issues so ignore anyone saying you need a pro. (this is coming from someone who also uses a built pc) The screen is beautiful but it felt a little too big for my use. It did not feel comfortable when using on the couch and is a bit much for using on a small coffee shop table. If you work in tight spaces and need portability get the 13". If you normally work at a decent sized desk and need more screen space get the 15"
