I like how little space it takes up but the screen is a nice viewable size and the simplicity of use.

This review is based only on purchase & delivery experience since I have not yet had the time to set up the newly purchased iMac All-in One. 1st time buying through the OPEN BOX experience. The online process was straightforward and simple. All information needed to make deciding purchase was clearly stated in product description. This OPEN BOX item offered full Apple warranty and was given an "EXCELLENT" rating for "condition". The discount on this purchase was minimal, but given the fact that it looked completely NEW upon delivery and unpacking process, I feel the discount given was a win since this model has since increased in price. It was packaged in original box with original tightly boxed packing materials. All packaging was like new, no damage, gouges, dents or pushed in areas on the box at all. The unit itself is beautiful and very sleek. Can't wait to have some free time with upcoming holiday weekend to hopefully set it up. That also should be a fairly simple process, I'm counting on expert support if there are any issues since that too is included with the 2 year warranty with the purchase. If you're "on the fence" about an open box purchase, I would say, do your research. If the product gives description of "excellent" I would think you have as good a chance as I did at getting a beautiful device at an unexpected discount. I do also want to add, I did purchase the Best Buy Total membership prior to this purchase, so I knew it would be basically a worry free transaction. Will update on functionality once I've experienced using it.

The Apple expert was helpful in selecting the PC best suited for my needs. Unpacking was fast and the set-up was a breeze. The monitor is clear and the sound is good.
