I never thought I would buy a iPad. But I was looking for something I could watch movies on the go, read books/news and play games without killing my eyes on my iPhone. This was the answer. I use it for everything listed above and DJ’ing music at parties. But I stream the music, I keep my main music on my iPhone cause I don’t need 2 places for music. I recommend the WiFi version if you already own a iPhone because you just link the 2 units together no need to pay your cellphone company more money for internet when you can link the 2 together. Plus if you live in a city the amount of free WiFi is abundant. Link NYC, MTA WiFi and many others. I own the 128gb and it works great for me and yes if I wanted to, I could store my music on here too but I got an iPhone with 256gb for that. I recommend the Otter case for the iPad, these are expensive pieces of equipment and they don’t like to be dropped on the floor. The iPad is powerful and works flawlessly. Once you use your iPad for all those things you normally do on your phone you won’t be doing it on your phone anymore. Really helps your eyes by not straining them because you are normally staring at a little phone screen. I also use the iPad to look at sheet music when I practice guitar.

I love my new IPad! It is so much faster than my older model. I was able to start it up by myself without any assistance. The camera produces pictures that are so much clearer! This new IPad is so slim and lightweight, and the display screen is not too large and not too small. I really love it!

My mom has had an iPad 2 for many years and recently desired this new release. It has more hard drive space and came with a bundled deal for the Folio Keyboard. She was a typist for the government by trade many years ago but has never forgotten how to type. She was doing her best with the onscreen keyboard and stylus poking through a sentence. But now she can go to town using the new keyboard and turning up the brightness of the new iPad and also enlarging the text on screen. She loves the durability and look of the case and the auto shutdown feature that works very well that comes with the keyboard. She is surprised at the length of battery life compared to her iPad 2. She’s also not afraid and even excited about testing the water with the Speaker button and has used for dictation in a text and asking Siri (which her old iPad didn’t have) to call my sister just like her voice Remote. The next step is to use the microphone button and ask to find certain YouTube videos which she loves watching her cats; and even learning to search the internet, which she’s always been afraid of. Rather than using a magnifying glass to look through the Yellow Pages, she’s learning to ask Siri about stores in her area and their phone number and even have Siri call them! Needless to say, she is very happy with her new iPad and the new features she never had before. We’re looking forward to doing FaceTime this week! I’m very proud, that at 88, she is keeping in touch with 5 generations of her descendants, who are now living all over the country and sending and receiving pictures and staying in touch with all of them.

It took me a while to decide to replace my iPad, I waited to see if Apple would release a new iPod Touch. They didn't. But along came this reasonably priced iPad with A10 Processor so I decided it was time. A few minor disappointments, its a bit weighty for me personally due to health issues, my favorite App doesn't work on iOs 11, and there was no option for 64GB so I had to extend my budget for the 128GB. I already hit 31GB with audio books and apps so the 32GB wouldn't have worked. Plus I wish the camera were better quality ... BUT None of these takes away from the fact that this is an excellent value for the money. The ability to use the pencil to draw is a huge bonus. I bought a Zagg HD screen protector I prefer that to the glass. Best Buy was awesome and installed the screen protector perfectly, I cant tell its there plus it doesn't show finger prints. I had considered other tablets but wanted iOs vs android. Its just a matter of preference. I bought a ProCase iPad 9.7 Case 2018 it is a perfect fit for my space grey iPad.

Well some say they are over priced, but my IPad from 2008 still holds a great charge and looks fantastic. Only reason I upgraded.... well it’s new tech and Black Friday gave me a great deal. The new a10 Chip is awesome. Little slower then a pro, but I don’t need the extra screen size! Can use a pencil with this, but I again find no need, finger tip works great! Keyboard seems to react much better! The graphics are amazing! Again, thought my old iPad was great, and it is, but this is better. A lot of people keep buying the cheaper products, and try to compare them to this! You can not! My 2008 Mac Book pro is on its second battery, and works fantastic! How many can say they have a windows product working as long! I expect the Android products to work better! Remember, in windows EULA they express not to use the software in any needed stable environment! Cause they say it’s not reliable! So, save your cash, and buy a product that will last you years to come! Camera is amazing!! Check all the new features IOS 11 and 12 have to offer! And keep those apps up to date!
