Device has charging and speaker issues. Best Buy unwilling to assist with replacement/repair. No response from customer service

Refurbished Excellent iPad Air 5 A2588 Space Gray

I received this product refurbished and was pleasantly surprised by its condition. It wasn't packaged in the original box, but the tablet itself was in like-new condition. They also included a cable and charging block, which aren't included in the original packaging. The tablet also came with a protective glass screen protector. This was a nice bonus, but I immediately removed it to check the screen's condition. Thank you
