If I could leave a negative star, I would. Everything that could go wrong — DID. What was listed as an “Excellent Condition” refurbished IPhone 11 Pro Max was absolutely terrible and a complete waste of my time and money. I need a new battery (it overheats and drains within a couple hours), my camera needs to be replaced (it leaves 3 dots on every picture) and the screen has to also be replaced (it goes light to dark, won’t respond, wasn’t installed correctly, and had a lot of scratches that BB hid by putting a glass screen protector on) I took the phone to Geeksquad and I was *one day* over the return limit, but they also told me that I had to pay out of pocket for ALL of the repairs (even if I had’ve retuned it within the 14 day window) I purchased this phone to replace my iPhone 8plus, and as a means to not have a higher phone bill with a new phone. My old 8plus was wonderful, but since Apple no longer supports it I was forced to upgrade. The entire reason I purchased this 11 Pro Max was because it was listed as “excellent condition” which couldn’t be further from the truth. Right now, my hands are so hot from the battery that I don’t even want to type this review, or be on my phone. At this point, I’m out another 200+ for the new camera, battery, and screen. I was trusting BestBuy as my retailer for a refurbished and unlocked phone because they have a reputation for taking care of their customers. Right now, I feel like I’m on my own and stuck with a faulty product. Am I really out of pocket on all of these repairs for an “excellent condition” refurbished phone? I’d hate to see what a “good condition” phone looks like. I miss my 8plus.
