The price is really affordable to buy. The camera is great! You can take a pic in the dark which turned out really nice pics. Improved on battery life.

The best phone, in my humble opinion it's the best phone you can buy from you!

I recently upgraded my iPhone from iPhone 5s unlocked to iPhone 11 unlocked, the process was easy to self upgrade and now I know what I have been missing. The buying process to the install process went without a hitch, it was easy to pay and once I received my new iPhone the install process was easy.

Charged me $661 for an iPhone 11, but shipped an iPhone XR instead which they sale for $249.99. This was not noticed until we finished setting up the phone when it displayed it was an XR model.

I had read bad reviews that the UNLOCKED iPhone 11 is locked to verizon.. this is Not true. I ended up buying at the store because i was worried about getting a phone that wasn’t unlocked to any carrier even though customer service assured me it is unlocked. I got my iPhone 11 (unlocked) at the store, took it to metro pcs ( on T-Mobile) there was a verizon SIM card already in the iPhone, but metro took it out and put a metro SIM card, and it worked, my phone is here up and running on metro pcs prepaid service. Those that got the one online i can only think of a few things that happened, either they did get the unlocked phone and assumed it is not unlocked because it comes with a verizon SIM card, even though bestbuy website says it doesnt come with a SIM card, that information is not correct. Or they accidentally chooses the verizon carrier option and didnt choose unlocked option when ordering. But either way, the unlocked phone is unlocked, and it is New not refurbished, as these phones are new model and barely came out so i highly doubt these are refurbished plus bestbuy Must stated it is in fact a refurbished iPhone, they would not withhold that information. So basically, unlock iPhone 11 is indeed unlocked to any other carrier you choose to use.. nice phone, love the camera quality. :)

This iPhone is honestly one of the best phones Apple has came up with in a long time. It is a very powerful machine and is considerably less expensive than the Pro versions. Chances are if you are a regular human being and take normal pictures, you will not need a third camera since most of the people who buy the Pro version never end up using it at is fullest. It has a good size and the color selection is pretty impressive.

I love this phone. Great value for the price and great resolution. This phone is really worth it. It is fast, nice design and very easy to use. Lovely purple color and very sturdy as well. The best phone I have had so far! Great purchase.

I got this for my daughter for Christmas. I didn’t know if she would like the purple but, she really did. The camera is amazing, the screen size is great, battery life is doubled if not tripled of her last phone. It only took her a day to learn how to navigate without a home button

I love the camera. The phone is easy to use. It’s so bigger then my old phone (iPhone 6s) so it took some getting use to. But overall it’s great. I did notice some glitches like every once in a while the screen freezes or the number 3 stops working.

Helped my girlfriend with buying her the iPhone 11, she previously had iphone 7 plus. When it comes to phones I'm more into Samsung and their galaxy S line up. Is this better than S10 or S10 plus? No. But this phone is more than great for the average consumer and especially for people who just care about camera quality over the actual phone specs. It's an apple phone. With a better chip and camera than the previous model. Nothing special, but definitely see why people like apple. Average consumers prefer simplicity and camera over performance and other features. I'm a tech guy, and my girlfriend isn't so I see why she loves iPhone. Definitely a great phone if you have the money for. But would definitely recommend researching the best phone for yourself.

I’ve upgraded from iPhone 8 to the iPhone 11, and I am loving it so far. At first, I wasn’t fun of face ID and the notch, but after few weeks of use, I can’t even notice the notch. And Face ID is way faster than touch ID. Fast processor, big screen, long battery life. I will definitely recommend this phone. It’s the best iPhone out there.

I phone 11, nice phone with big screen and nice upgradable camera. The colors are exciting and overall the phone is excellent with reasonable price.

There is nothing much one needs to explain for an iPhone. I upgraded from iPhone 6S and felt the huge upgrade in almost everything, Screen size, display, speed, battery life and of course the new camera. Worth it. Recommend screen guard and a case for protecting your investment.

Honestly I don’t see why anyone would spend $300 extra for the pro max plus. This phone is already great and the dual camera is fantastic. Size is perfect as well as the screen is fairly big but without making the phone uncomfortable to hold or carry. Best IPhone available today imo.

Perfect size, excellent camera, good price and value

Best entry level phone at the price. If you don't need an OLED display (which you can barely notice) than you don't need the pro version. Only downside is that you don't get the fast charger that comes with the pro verisons. Still a great phone bang for buck in the Apple products.
