I just replaced my iPhone 11 with this model. It is a pretty good upgrade from my 11 based on the cameras and 5G compatibility. I normally dont upgrade every year anymore since the changes to carrier upgrades, but my 11 was having issues with battery life and getting hot and honestly, I wanted to see what 5G service would be like on my carrier. So far, I am more than pleased with the device. I thought I was going to get a great deal with the iPhone 13 being released, but after finding out it was the same price, I will probably return it for the 13 Pro. No complaints with the phone, but will all things being equal on the price, there really is no reason to not get the latest model.

It’s pretty great, I just wish I could’ve waited the extra two weeks for the 13 Pro instead…I’m bummed but only because of that.

Good product as any other Apple. Did not disappointed. Best Buy's service of data transferring was awesome. Kudos to the team working in the phone department of the Edina store in Minnesota

Excellent Iphone, I made a trade in of an Iphone 12 pro 128 gb for this 256 gb. Just looking for more space. Thanks Best Buy!
