Great Phone and Has Nothing to do with The word Bad!!

BEWARE! The return window is only 15 days on this item, which is considerably shorter than the standard on most everything at Best Buy. This is NOT obvious during checkout, and is not usually enough time to identify all defects. Not long after the 15 day window, I noticed a problem with the camera -- it cannot focus on images taken at close range (think Driver's Licenses, and Bank Checks). I brought the item back to the store in San Francisco, and it's been and incredibly stressful day. Some folks were trying their best to help but with limited information / resources, others really didn't even try. The store sales manager straight up yelled at me for not buying Apple Care, as if I'm supposed to know that Best Buy relinquishes all responsibilities and warranties after 15 days. To be clear, I am NOT seeking a refund. I just want the item I purchased to work. The day started at noon and ended at 6:30pm. The Geek Squad agreed that it was a problem, but sent me to the Apple Store saying that it should be covered under Apple's manufacturer warranty (that sounded wrong from the beginning). I went to the Apple Store where they were at least nice to me -- the Genius Bar ran a diagnostic, agreed that there was a problem with the camera, and printed out a copy of the diagnotic. However, Apple would charge me for the repairs and said that since this was purchased through Best Buy, it should be covered under Best Buy's limited warranty. That made sense to me. I went back to Best Buy with the Apple Diagnostics report, and the sales manager was NOT friendly. She stonewalled any conversation, and it amounted to "You didn't buy Apple Care, and you didn't return it within 15 days. It's your fault, and not our problem." I feel robbed and insulted. I can't remember the last time I even heard of such a short return window. I went back to the Geek Squad where they were friendlier, but clearly understaffed. After about an hour wait, one of them was kind enough to at least look at the phone and review the report from Apple. He ran a separate diagnostic, and the Best Buy / Geek Squad diagnostic couldn't pick it up, even though the associate could see and agreed that something was wrong with the camera. He offered to send the phone out for repairs, but warned that it would take 1-2 weeks, during which I would be without a phone. However, since Best Buy's in-house diagnostic didn't pick up the issue, there's a 99% chance that the phone wouldn't get repaired at all, but I'd still get charged for sending it out. This is absolute nonsense. Stay away.

This Iphone 13 Mini works better then the first one I got from BestBuy online, turns out they allow 3rd party sellers on their site. Customer service suc**s except in store

I was disappointed about the phone. It was a preowned excellent condition phone, but the battery life was less than 80% and the phone was dirty around the camera lenses. I returned it. I will be purchasing another phone like this one. I have always purchased electronics from Best Buy and have never had issues. I was not impressed with the purchase or the customer service. I did like the size of the phone and the color. I wouldn’t mind getting another one. Just hope the next one is in better condition. I would recommend this phone as long as it is clean and in good condition.

My daughter loves her phone, only problem was the battery needed to be replaced and paid 100 at the Apple Store

I lost a lot of respect for Best Buy. Purchased a pre-owned iPhone 13 mini that was labeled “excellent condition”, which sure it looked pretty good on the outside, only a few scratches. Well on the outside it looked fine, but found out that the battery was garbage (this of course was after I had spent an hour transferring all my data to this “excellent” phone). So I set up an appointment with geek squad and they told me it would cost another $100 for them to replace the battery. My beef is if the phone is in “excellent” condition it should be excellent outside and inside, right? When these websites ask about the phone you’re trading in, they ask you what the battery life percentage is! Had this phone had an “excellent” battery life, I would have been happy with my purchase, but instead they sold me garbage and didn’t really try to make it right so that’s why I’m giving them the garbage review.

This phone is very smooth to use. It is absolutely great phone.

I upgraded from IPhone SE to IPhone 13 Mini and couldn’t be happier. The 13 Mini has zero problems. Battery life is good. The phone i received from Best Buy was in excellent condition.

The phone is great. I couldn’t get on your website:. Had to call and that took forever. Didn’t care for that, The process could have taken 5 mins. But cause I had to place the order over the phone took over an hour . Nifty this happens again I will take my business some where else . Phone is great. Best Buy service needs a lot of help with ordering on phone.

The phone looked good but battery life was only 80%. Indicating the battery life would help people decide on a purchase prior to ordering. I ended up returning the phone for this reason.

It arrived in excellent shape. The battery has a maximum of 83% I have been very happy with this phone . I had the same phone from Best Buy for about 2 months until the lawnmower got it! My only gripe I have is it could have shipped a little faster , it took about 10 days.

I prefer to buy phones outright to avoid leasing, this iPhone was a great option. Remember to double check the settings when setting up to avoid unnecessary subscriptions from apple and utilize the space on the phone.

Nice phone, fits in pocket nice because it is small. I don't like big phones.

My daughter enjoyed getting her IPhone for Christmas.

Exelent condition, i recomend this device as a great way to start in the Apple ecosystem.
