I understand i bought a pre-owned phone, but it was advertised as being in excellent condition and it was not. The battery had maximum capacity of 78% which means it is “significantly degraded.” The screen had a small scratch, but i could ignore that. I should have returned it but i already activated it so that’s my problem. The lesson i learned is: the condition of a pre-owned phone, excellent, good or fair, has no meaning and check battery health when you pick up the phone.

This little beauty is exactly what I was looking for, a smaller phone to replace my iphone6, as compared to the huge, complicated bricks for the latest phones. It was in perfect condition and is running great on wifi. Unlocked, so I can decide the carrier a little later. I was so impressed that I purchased another pre-owned excellent iPhone from BestBuy as a gift. Happy with that one, too. My only complaint, which has nothing to do with Best Buy, is the FedEx shipping from Florida got temporarily “lost” when it was only 50 miles away in the next state, and I had to wait an extra day. Plus, for FedEx shipping to take a week to travel up the coast is not acceptable. Put it on a plane! Or maybe not… Anyway, highly, highly recommend this adorable phone if you prefer a smaller phone and highly recommend getting it from Best Buy. Always happy with everything purchased from BestBuy. Thanks.

Good phone that works, fits in pockets because of its small size, although it did have a few micro scratches on the back.

This is the most amazing purchase I have ever made! the battery life is incredible, and there are absolutely no scratches on the screen or red case. I am so happy with this purchase, and will always use Best Buy to buy tech.

I'm actually very happy with the phone. This is my third iPhone purchase at Best Buy in Huntington - but it will be my last. With my other purchases they transferred all my info from old to new but this time I had to buy a Geek tech support membership ($192!!!). Why didn't they tell me this upfront? What a scam.
