Bought this phone, advertised as in excellent condition. When I received it, the battery health was 83% and the phone gets hot when it charges. Reached out to complain and got crickets. Sorry I bought this.

Disappointing Phone Condition but Smooth Best Buy

I’m sorry to say this, but the phone was listed as “Excellent” in the advertisement. However, when I received it, it had many visible scratches on both the front and the back. It honestly doesn’t even meet a “fair” condition. The important part is that I contacted Best Buy, and they were very friendly. The return process was smooth, and I received a full refund on the same day. I’m a loyal Best Buy customer, and I encourage them to monitor third-party sellers more closely in cases like this, as it can affect their reputation and credibility.
