I've had it for a little over a year now and so far no major problems. I do like the camera and quality of the pictures especially on portrait mode. Because the screen takes up the entire space I would suggest getting a screen protector ASAP.

I got this to replace a 6s. I am very pleased. The battery is much better. I use it as a GPS when hiking. That’s terrific. It is now my main camera, I love the photos and especially the zoom. I’ll attach one below.

I love my iPhone 13 Pro. I purchased the Pro for the camera. The quality of my pictures are phenomenal! Some of these pictures were taken through a window on a moving ship.

I'm a sucker and have to get the new iPhone when it comes out, though I was not as excited for the 13 as I was for the 12. This is pretty much the same phone design, it's just heavier and the camera is bigger. The side keys are in slightly different positions, so unfortunately the case from my 12 Pro won't fit this. Apple has made the setup much easier, the new phone and the old phone work together and this was the most seamless phone change i've ever had. The speed is fantastic, as is the battery life. The extra weight is supposedly due to a bigger battery, so i'm expecting a lot. The camera is wonderful, probably overkill for my needs, but my pictures and videos look great. Love this phone so far, no complaints.

Upgraded from a 2020 iPhone SE. Huge performance improvement and the screen feels enormous. The cons of this device are the added weight of the larger device with steel frame and the loss of TouchID. The frame rate of the screen is incredible and feels so much smoother when scrolling. The battery life is better, but I’ve been using the device much more so it’s hard to give a percentage. I haven’t gotten a good chance to play with the camera and all of the features yet but it was the main reason I went with the pro. Very happy with the purchase and glad I waited for the green color.

By far the best iPhone yet. Camera quality is awesome, the LiDAR sensor works awesome with AR. The new macro photography is great for close up photos and tiny objects. The A15 chip is super quick and the ProMotion 120Hz display is great. The speakers are super impresive and almost seems like spatial audio (when in landscape). Awesome phone, definitely encurage buyers.

I had an iphone 4s for years. Went from Iphone 6s then the iphone 7s and jump to the iphone 11 when both broke and could not be repaired further by myself. I now decided to upgrade to the 13 Pro on my own which is the First "pro" iphone I have ever owned. The camera quality is so much better than what i am use to on those older models. The 120hz display is what made me switch after handling others more modern Iphones. I picked gold due to the overal look and cosmetics. Honestly i could type all day long about how much this is an upgrade compared to previous iphones. But if you're deciding between iphone 15 or an older model. The 13 is as far back i would go as of 2023

You already know if you want this phone. I upgraded from a 2nd gen iPhone SE to take better family pictures. It’s worth it. I turned off 5G and I don’t care about the 120Hz ProMotion so I capped it at 60Hz. The screen is bright and crispy. The battery lasts over twice as long as my old SE, about two days of moderate use. The aperture is so large on the main camera that there’s usually subtle natural bokeh, which looks way better than portrait or cinematic mode. The selfie camera has nice HDR. Telephoto is a little grainy and oversharpened but I find myself using it more than I thought I would for dramatic cat videos. Wide is very wide. The bumps are huge haha. Even with a bunch of apps/photos, I pay for iCloud photo storage and still have 60+GB free on the 128GB model. It’s plenty for me. Cons: expensive, FaceID doesn’t work with a mask, it’s a tad too big/heavy to use one-handed as often. If you made it this far just get one (once deals or budget allow)!

I upgraded from an iPhone X and I am amazed at the quality of the improvements. Where should I begin. battery life wow! I listen to a lot of music and the sound Quality is fantastic! The camera makes me feel like a pro and videos to boot! I purchase my phones outright and the agent was very efficient to handle the trade in of my old phone and get my new one set up and out the door! The fact that Best Buy has great service plus they have a price match guarantee is why I return to them for all of my electronics purchases! Thank you BB!

Pros: Takes great pictures and video with little effort. The battery lasts all day, and the screen is superb. Good looking phone too, especially the blue, which is more of a bluish silver. Cons: A little on the heavy side, lacks touchID

This phone is so fast and the design is perfect. I swapped out my old 6 plus - which I had to immediately put in low power mode for the 13 and it’s night and day for everything on it. The new camera is excellent as well.

iPhone 13Pro is easy to use. Love the color clarity ! Charges quickly. Apps screens moved quickly. I’d buy this phone again and recommend it to anyone. Easy to use

We upgraded our iPhone X to the iPhone 13 Pro because our batteries were starting to need recharging every 6 hours. The upgrade was worth doing. The battery life is by far much better and the additional storage is great.

Had some problems with my 12 Pro, so I traded it in for the 13 Pro. Am very happy with my new phone.
