I was upgrading from an iPhone 7 Plus, so this was a huge upgrade. Pros: 120hz screen, large display, fantastic cameras, integrates perfectly with the rest of the Apple Ecosystem, easy to set up, long battery life Cons: I miss 3D Touch from my iPhone 7 Plus (not a dealbreaker), and I also miss being able to see my battery percentage, although that is almost a non-issue because of how long the battery lasts.

Setting up my mobile plan with best buy was so easy and I was able to pick up my new pro max The next day, and only paid for the tax

I traded my IPhone 11PRO MAX for the 13 PRO MAX. I was impressed that I get an entire day out of one charge. It was much easier to hold due to the redesign. The camera is second to none and it’s got the ease of use that you only get from Apple. The display is stunning and most importantly it’s significantly faster. I did entertain the Samsung S21 Ultra but there were too many minuses. You won’t be disappointed

Probably the fastest phone with the best camera quality I’ve ever had. It’s definitely worth it to get AppleCare, because I do NOT want to spend this amount again for a phone that might not be as good as this one. The 14 looks decent, the 15 has issues, but this has lasted me a LONG time and I will make this my very last phone.

Great phone. A bit on the heavy side but the technology is there. Camera quality along with processing speeds are great! From having both the iPhone 13 and also a iPhone 13 Pro Max. Differences are noticeable in regards to camera and the pro-motion display. All great if you can justify the price

This thing is a laptop that fits in your pocket. I was extremely impressed by this device's touch responsiveness, resolution, and all-around usability. I initially chose this iPhone 13 Pro Max to fly my Mavic Air 2S, which worked perfectly with 1 TB of storage. In addition, I could screen record until my battery dies if I wanted or needed to. However, once I got it and began to use it daily, I realized I was using this phone in place of my actual Mac Mini to edit 4K videos. No lag or anything; it just works as advertised. This is the iPhone I’m currently using. It has been the best version to date in all honesty. I don’t like the 14 because it switched to esim which I’m not a fan of. I bought the monthly apple care so I’ll be covered indefinitely. Also, I love this color, silver is too boring and black is overrated, the other colors are too feminine so blue is the best balance. The only regret I have is getting the 128gb. It’s not enough anymore and I will be upgrading to the 256 soon. Eventually the 1tb will become the norm since every year people take more photos and videos and thus will need more and more space on their phones. Make sure you get a screen protector and a case for your phone. Don’t be stupid.

Very nice phone good screen and battery life over a year of ownership without issue

I upgraded from an 8+ (I was trying to hold out for the return of the home button to the new iPhones). I haven’t had any issues with the phone in the few weeks I’ve had it, although for some reason my inbox no longer filters junk mail as well as it did before. Photos (and photo options) are much better than my previous phone and the battery life before recharging is significantly better. I still don’t care for the notch but it isn’t as bad as I anticipated. Overall I’m definitely happy with the phone.

Good phone, but the camera is overly hyped, i find it grainy and over-processed in low-mid light captures, I feel like they should've went with 6.9-7.5 inches because the 6.7 feels a bit small and I have small hands. The audio is amazing, so is the display I just wish there was no notch. The macro mode on the phone can be bad sometimes not registering when your close up to something trying to use macro. If you cover a camera censor on the phone, especially the 3x optical zoom one it'll auto shift to the 1x optical zoom and digitally go to 3x zoom without telling you. But overall its an amazing phone and I'm really happy with it, the 120hz is amazing and the battery lasts me longer then any other phone I've had (11, 13 mini, 7+, Samsung S10, iphone 12 Pro)

I really liked how easy it was for all my information that was on the old iPhone 7 that I used to own. Was transferred over so easy to my new iPhone 13 Pro Max. This is my first Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max 5G 128GB and I like the color, size and many other things but I still learning how to use it. On the message app the words are a lot smaller and take up less space. I am enjoying exploring my new iPhone 13 pro max and learning how to use it better. I am finding may new thing on it that I did not know were there. I have not had time to really explore the camera yet, but I will in time take some pictures.

Love my new phone but still miss my 8 plus. I still have it too so I use both. It’s fir hubs I love the camera Don’t like the way the wallpaper is now with the faded. Over all great phone it’s a little long and more narrow than my 8 plus. I still would buy again

Beautiful photos and videos. I upgraded and got the silver iPhone 13 Pro Max, it’s actually a really pretty white, which I’m happy about. I didn’t want a silver phone. Most of my cases have covered the back where you can’t see the color of the phone, but this white is so pretty I decided to get a translucent case with some color and bling! And I purchased the new fast charging block and it’s amazing at how fast it charges and battery life is great! I would definitely recommend this phone!

Upgraded my sons iX and couldn't be happier. He contends it's super fast and holds a charge much longer than any previous iPhones. Just hoping the 128G model will be sufficient. Highly recommended.

iPhone Pro Max is several steps up from my iPhone 10. I like the longer battery life charge and only having to charge it 1 day. The pictures are sharp. The bigger screen is so much easier to read.

I am enjoying my new iPhone. It holds a charge beautifully throughout the day. Also it was fairly easy for me to go from a much older iPhone to this phone without being overwhelmed by all the new features I don’t know how to use yet. I now have a bigger screen which I like to help me look things up, especially for my business. I only wish I had traded it up sooner but I am thrilled that I have the newest version - the 13 Pro Max!

I have always had a Samsung galaxy phone and loved them. I didn’t think I would be able to switch and be comfortable with an iPhone but my kids have them and so I finally got a new iPhone 13Pro max 5G. I LOVE IT! This phone is amazing. The battery life, it hasn’t hardly used any at all for me but I put it on a magnet charger at night. The pictures are clear and crisp colors. I just love it and glad I was able to transfer my info from my old phone without to much trouble.
