Q: Can I purchase the phone unlocked? Without selecting a carrier?
A: No you can’t , the only place too buy it unlocked would be thru Apple themselves.
A: When you place the order, select the "upgrade" option in the menu. Upgrading your phone with T-mobile qualifies you still for the $100 discount.
A: The device from t-mo is locked. You need to wait 4-8 weeks after paying off the device for t-mo to unlock the device.
A: I was unable to get the $800 because I already changed from Sprint to T-Mobile without upgrading but if you are changing carriers and trading in your old phone you can get the $800 off and you will be placed on a 2 year contract and pay the monthly installments plus your monthly phone plan but you can pay as much as you want down on the new phone at time of purchase with no penalty’s I did get just over $300 off the the iPhone pro max and payed it off at the time of purchase
A: I was told same by Tmobile and asked me to contact Apple which i did and they are saying they cant help me since its Tmobile carrier lock and i need to contact Tmobile again, I will update it after i talked to Tmobile again.
