I bought a refurbished iPhone 13 Pro Max expecting “slightly questionable but functional” and instead Best Buy sent me a phone that looks like it’s never even seen a fingerprint. Battery life? Great. Camera? Offensive honestly… why can I suddenly see my pores in 4K? Performance is smooth, no issues, no weird glitches, and it was WAY cheaper than buying new. At this point I’m convinced somebody opened the box, looked at it once, and said “nah.” Their loss, my gain. Would absolutely buy refurbished again.
