I am hesitant to switch phone until my 12 mini got cracked. iPhone 14 has everything I need: price, storage, color, size. This shade of Blue look elegant in person, camera is perfect for this range of price. If you visit BestBuy regularly or register for price drop alert, you can get a really great deal on this. Time is limited for Iphone 14 still seal, brand new. So buy it before they're gone. My most valuable purchase of the year. It not only bring efficiency but buy me happiness

I have used 15 pro max before and it’s huge. One particular thing I like about the base models or pros is the size, so likewise for 14 too. Cute color! The camera needs no explanation neither does the perks that come along with a new purchase!

The iPhone 14 is a really solid phone, though honestly it feels more like a polished version of the iPhone 13 than something brand new. The design looks the same, but it runs super smooth with the A15 Bionic chip and the cameras are great, especially for low light shots thanks to the new Photonic Engine. Battery life holds up well through a full day and the safety features like Crash Detection and Emergency SOS via satellite are definitely nice to have for peace of mind. The only thing is it doesn’t have the flashy upgrades you see on the Pro models, so if you’re expecting a big jump, it might feel a little underwhelming. Still, for everyday use it’s fast, reliable, and takes amazing photos.

It was purchased directly with my own money and was not part of any review program or any promotion. - - - - - I bought this iPhone 14 for my mom as an upgrade to her deteriorating iPhone SE, 2nd generation (64GB, Black)... you could literally see the insides of that phone. lol She absolutely LOVES the 14. - - - - - Of course—with going from 4.7 inches to 6.1 inches—the first and most noticeable thing is the increased screen size. My mom is 66, so she appreciates being able to see things bigger. She has commented on the increased screen resolution and pixel density (1334x750 pixels w/326ppi to 2532x1170 w/460ppi), saying that the screen is noticeably better and more clear on the 14 (and it is). Same with the LCD to OLED move. - - - - - The "new"-to-her gesture controls were very easy for her to learn and adapt to. - - - - - She has commented on the noticeable speed increase in even basic tasks on the 14 vs the SE. - - - - - She can notice the increased picture quality as well. - - - - - She loves the blue color as well! - - - - - This is an "older" phone, especially here at the end of 2025, but it's still very solid. If you're looking for a "brand new", decent, and relatively cheap upgrade from an older iPhone, I'd definitely recommend this one! ★★★ Additional Information★★★ As of this review, Best Buy still offers multi-year upfront payment options for AppleCare+... something Apple no longer does. Apple now only gives the option to pay either monthly or once-yearly now. SOOO... this is why I would also recommend buying any brand new Apple device from Best Buy instead of directly through Apple. - - - - - One more thing... (and I just had this problem within the past few days and solved it today, so I can 101% confirm this, at least for my case)... If you have a Best Buy Total membership—which automatically includes a multi-year AppleCare+ instead of having to separately add it to your cart—and you let the membership lapse, whether on accident like I did or on purpose, you will have 45 days to re-add AppleCare, but unfortunately only directly through Apple this time. It works great. I got an open box discount which was nice. The display quality is very nice. It does vibrate as if I got a notification, but I didn’t. It overheats occasionally but it doesn’t seem to affect the performance. But those are the biggest downsides.

Came exactly as described and worked perfectly for our situation. Phone had absolutely no damage and battery was at 100% health so it was truly just an open box deal. The iPhone 14 is a great choice to have a newer phone that is still updated to the times if you can’t quite get the newest gen. I will also add, Apple made it extremely easy to transfer the old phone to the new phone. Camera works great and the screen is perfect and glides effortlessly.

I got this phone for my daughter- she like it so much. The phone has a good speed, excellent camera even in darkness with good picture quality also comfortable in handling with good battery life.

I upgraded from an 11 to this and the difference is amazing! Game play, video, audio, processing speeds, the screen size – everything. I love the 0.5 zoom you can get with the two camera lenses. And the battery life keeps astounding me.
