I’m extremely happy with this purchase. The iPhone arrived in excellent condition exactly as described. It works perfectly, the battery life is great, and cosmetically it looks fantastic for a used device. The price was the best I could find anywhere, which made this an even better deal. Highly recommend — great product, great value, and a smooth buying experience overall! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It performs exactly how I expected it to. Even though it is a used cellphone, it is really good for daily use. The only downside I find with this phone is that it takes a little while to fully charge, otherwise a perfectly working phone. Also, the phone is in perfectly good condition, no broken screen or anything like that.

It’s a pretty purple color, came with the cable and in good conditions. Hasn’t had any issues whatsoever

The iPhone 14 was without a doubt a great purchase. I desperately needed to upgrade my phone and I think this phone was a great choice. It is a nice blue color and is in excellent condition. Battery life and all other specs are good. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and Best Buy made the purchasing process smooth and enjoyable.

So far, so good. It’s taken me a month to get my phone synced because the Best Buy salesperson couldn’t get through to my carrier for verification and he suggested I drive to them to get it done. 7:30 at night I drove over there and was welcomed by a rude sales person who was more concerned about getting out of work on time. He did something to my phone that caused problems for a month. I just got it set up today after driving two hours to Apple and back. Hopefully I’m all set.

I was honestly surprised by how good this pre-owned iPhone 14 looked when it arrived. The phone was extremely clean with little to no visible scratches, and it worked exactly like a brand-new device.

Phone is in good condition however when I checked the battery health it was at %77 now I have to spend more to replace the battery entirely. Despite that only issue everything else works great

It came very timely, works and looks brand new and was affordable for my budget. I've had it for over a month now and I've had absolutely no issues, its amazing.

The overall look and care of the phone is good. No damages to the exterior, light scratches. Works well, no lags. Wouldn’t call it excellent due to the battery life.
