Customer Ratings & Reviews

I would have had no idea this was a refurbished iPhone 14 as it not only looks brand new, but it runs wonderfully with no issues at all!

Great device. Had to add the microphone to my keyboard but I love the phone.

This product is good. i really like the battery life and the camera is super clear.

Using it rn, way better battery life but not amazing but again this was used . Love it tho :3 no scratches, everythings fine !

It is good, smooth, and ready to use. I love it. It has 89% battery life when I got it.

I would definitely recommend this product to anyone interested in buying a new phone. The layout is easy to understand, the phone retains its charge for multiple hours, and anyone who is familiar with Apple products is bound to enjoy this device.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this store has been so frustrating and eye-opening that I feel compelled to share it. I ordered a product that, according to the website, was in stock and ready to ship. However, days turned into weeks, and I received no update on my order. After multiple attempts to reach out to customer service, I was met with vague, unhelpful responses that offered no real solution or even an apology for the delay. What’s worse, I was promised a resolution that never came. Each time I called or emailed, I was given a different story or told “someone will get back to you,” but they never did. It’s clear to me that this store does not value its customers. No acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused, no effort to make things right, and no delivery of the product I ordered. In the age of easy online shopping and competition at every corner, it’s alarming to see a store operate with such little regard for customer satisfaction. It’s one thing for an order to be delayed — it’s another entirely when there’s no communication, no accountability, and no solution offered. I will never be shopping here again, and I highly recommend others avoid this store if they care about timely service and basic customer respect. It’s beyond frustrating to spend money on a product that never arrives, and even more so when the store does nothing to address the issue. A completely unacceptable experience.

This item was in near perfect condition (minor scratches on screen). Works great. A definite alternative to upgrade my old iphone without breaking the bank.

Arrived in good condition and works well as a replacement for my old phone.

The refurbished iphone 14 looks and works like new! Very happy to be able to update my apps now. The purchase and delivery went smoothly and I love the saving$!

Phone came in good condition. Met expectations. Bought for my teenager and she was satisfied.

My iphone 14 is now activated and working great. Grateful to have a less expensive option! Thanks Best Buy!

Loved phone. Alot of memory. Surprised at great value.

This phone is wonderful, takes wonderful pictures. Works very well

My son loves this phone I got him for Christmas . He says it's awesome and he upgraded from a 13 model.

got this in store via delivery via a salesperson the phone was listed as "excellent condition" so i perchased it. the phone came and battery capacity was 80 percent.straight outta the box. not exactly "excellent". in laymens terms that means that the phone only lasts about an hour and a half before being at around 20 percent b attery. which means the battery needs to be replaced.,

Phone is perfect, except for the 85% battery health. This is a replacement of prior phone that wouldn't hold a charge (78% battery health). There should be a certification standard for reselling pre-owned phones (maybe a 172-point inspection?).

I love this phone I had a 11 pro max my phone calls keep freezing. I bought this iPhone 14 pro my calls have not dropped Pictures are clear.

Overall, great condition and quality! I was surprised on how quickly it arrived.

Love my iPhone 14 and glad I was able to get the last red iPhone made red is my favorite color
