Q: If I purchase online can I bring to store for setup
A: I brought back mine to the store for an exchange well within the exchange timeframe, and I was told no. They were not helpful at all. You should go to the Apple store. Good luck.
Q: Will this work with a cricket wireless sim card/service?

A: I heard that you have to go the wireless company in question and prove you paid off the phone. Then they will unlock it for you. Example: if the carrier is AT&T, then you have to go to an AT&T store to get it unlocked.
Q: HOW WILL I GET THE $1000 CREDIT FOR TRADING IN AN AT&T IPHONE?
A: It’s based on bill credits. Once you trade it in, they will require you to sign a contract for 36 months and each bill will have a credit on it until the $1000 has been reached. Hope this helps.
