Got this phone for my girlfriend and she loves it. It was a great way to get a new phone for a decent amount in a time crunch. She’s had it for a year now n it’s perfect.Would definitely buy again from Best Buy, the whole process was super easy, convenient and quick.

Very affordable and easy. This is the best store I’ve ever seen and the best price of quality for any brand of computers not only that but the discount prices are very reasonable.

Good phone, everything came in good condition, just had to replace the battery is the only downside, it wad around 82% but besides that, everything else still works great after 1 yesr

**Review for iPhone from Best Buy:** I recently purchased an iPhone from Best Buy and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The iPhone itself is fantastic, with a sleek design and impressive performance. Everything about it, from the display to the camera quality, exceeds my expectations. The delivery was right on time, which I greatly appreciated. The packaging was secure, ensuring that my new phone arrived in perfect condition. Setting it up was a breeze, and it synced seamlessly with my other Apple devices. The customer service at Best Buy was excellent as well. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, answering all my questions and providing useful recommendations. The entire process, from purchase to delivery, was smooth and efficient. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. Best Buy provided a great product and exceptional service. Highly recommended!

Excited for the space on the phone but we have had 2 issues already, one not so bad and the other we may return the device. It seems the screen may have been replaced so a T-Mobile issued screen protector did not fit properly; not a big deal. The battery, however, is an issue. We get an alert that “charging is not available” and only allows the battery to charge to 80% without the alert.

I have had this phone for about 4 months it’s has been wonderful for me, it came in perfect condition.

I like the smoothness of my new phone and I love the portrait affect on this phone!

Excellent condition. Works perfectly. Only reason I can tell it isn't new is due to a minor scratch on the back.

First time buying a pre-owned phone and it has exceeded my expectations! I’ve always just bought new iPhones because I always thought preowned came with defects but this phone has been really great!!

Nice phone look new only thing they send a charger don’t work and the life battery is 94%. But everything work find.

it is really worth the money. the phone feels like new, there is a charger in the set, also convenient packaging, not just in a bag. perfect quality for the money. I haven't found any cons yet.

the battery is bad. need to be constantly charged. battery life at 73%

Good quality. No scuffs. Comes with generic charger.

I am very happy with my mobile phone I highly recommend this company forever, I wanted a quality electronics company with super fast delivery.

Good service phone came in fast great quality and good storage

Overall was excellent but battery health little bit 85%

Phone arrived Two days sooner than expected and in mint condition. Looks brand new. This was a big upgrade for me so I was apprehensive; however the battery life is fantastic staying charged for over two days. I love how easy it is to switch between applications. Highly recommend.

The top speaker stopped working about 6 weeks after getting the phone. I went to Apple to get it inspected and apple informed me that the screen was replaced with parts that is not certified by apple and that there’s water damage in the phone. I was told that I would need to go to Best Buy to fix the parts. When I go to Best Buy geek squad they give me the runaround and are refusing to fix the speaker even though it’s still within the 90 day warranty.

VERY SMOOTH. LOVE THE 14 PRO. SLEEK AND COMFORTABLE IN MY HAND
