A: If you purchase the phone outright, you can use it with any carrier. When I purchased mine outright, I was told AT&T would unlock my phone after 60 days.
A: Unknown, but currently it's not looking like any iPhone will support Thunderbolt. The iPhone Pro / Pro Max will support USB 3.2 which is near thunderbolt speeds, but isn't Thunderbolt. According to the spec sheet, it's capable of 10gb/s transfer speed, but you must have any USB-C cable capable of that. You don't need Apple's expensive $29 cable to reach that. There are cheaper options elsewhere. As for charging speeds, it seems that 35W is the max. Again, the port is more than capable of charging faster, but in usual Apple fashion, my money is that they are withholding Thunderbolt support for iPhone 16 after they see how many people make the transition to iPhone 15 and USB-C. The odd thing is that in one of the iPhone 15 Pro screenshots they showed at the reveal, it was plugged with a USB-C cord that had the Thunderbolt logo on it, so who knows.
Q: How long can i wait to activate my iPhone 15 after i buy it?
