Battery constantly without charge
The listing stated that the phone was refurbished and in very good condition, but the battery drains in less than 3 to 4 hours—even without being used. It also overheats excessively, to the point where it shuts down. I am very disappointed because I cannot return it; I would have to pay for extra repairs, and that is just too much!
