I received this iPhone and immediately found out that the charging port does not hold the charger in. It is loose and the cord will just fall out. It came with a generic charging block and cord; which is fine if it would have worked. For $747 I paid, it was not worth it. I tried charging the phone with my usb-c charger and cable, the hole on the phone is messed up that the cord won’t stay put… you can’t move it without it falling out. There is no “click” when you stick the cord in to charge the phone. I bought this for my kid… I have a iPhone 17 Pro Mac and it doesn’t have this issue. This refurbished “excellent” phone should be labeled “fair” and should not be sold at $700 plus. I think it should be $400 at most. Very disappointed with this purchase.
