The box was empty. The phone was stolen before it was ever left at my house i have video footage where u can clearly see that the box was open and empty when it was delivered. Maybe stop using Best Buy tape and putting battery stickers on boxes so that the thieves in the mail business will rot open and steal your items. I paid for this phone in full! Had to cancel the charge on my credit card! It’s a shame what this would has come to.
