Great price for basically brand new opened box IPhone 16. The Customer Service I received to unlock it was so much fun with the workers. I want to go back just to find something else to purchase.

everything looks good as it was described. no current problems with the phone.

works smoothly and continues to work well. it’s an apple approved product

Clean & nice! Fast shipping. Came earlier than expected. Price was great too.

I Very good i love it si much it has good battery and charges fast runs fast

I honestly was nervous about buying an iPhone pre-owned, but this one surprised me. The performance is great, the battery health is 100% and there was literally only 1 charge cycle! Yay me. The body is flawless, no scratches, cracks or anything. The camera is pretty decent as well. Overall, I have to say this was a great purchase.

I recently purchased the new iPhone 16 from Best Buy, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions before making the purchase. The checkout process was quick and smooth, and I appreciated how easy it was to set up the phone with their guidance. The iPhone 16 itself is amazing — super fast, the camera is crystal clear, and the battery life is noticeably better than my last model. I also liked that Best Buy had it in stock right away when other stores didn’t. Overall, excellent service and a fantastic product. Highly recommend both the iPhone 16 and buying from Best Buy!

The best refurbished phone I have ever bought is the one I purchased from Best Buy, and I have been very happy with my decision because everything about the experience was easier and better than I expected. When I first decided that I wanted a refurbished phone, I was a little nervous because I had never bought a refurbished phone before and I was not completely sure what condition the phone would be in. I thought that maybe it would have scratches, problems with the battery, or other issues that could make it feel like I had wasted my money. However, after finding the phone I wanted at Best Buy, I decided to give it a chance because the price was much more affordable than buying a brand-new phone. From the moment I placed my order, the entire process was simple and straightforward. I was able to look at the phone online, check the information about it, see the price, and place my order without having to go through anything complicated. When the phone finally arrived, I was honestly surprised by how good it looked.

The phone works perfectly. It charges quickly. Great performance!

I recently purchased the iPhone 16 from Best Buy, and I’m very happy with it! The phone is fast, smooth, and the camera takes excellent pictures. The battery life has been great, and the overall design and performance are impressive. Best Buy made the purchase easy and convenient. Highly recommend the iPhone 16!

I think the simple fact that Best Buy does quality checks before allowing anyone to just give them a phone is so nice and saves people so much time. My purchase was super quick and easy

Normally I don’t buy preowned tech because a lot of people are irresponsible with it but this phone was in excellent condition when I received it and battery health was at 100%.

It works beyond what I thought and the speed amazed me has me wondering if Apple will be able to out do it

So far no complaints. It has been working great. The condition of the phone and all functions are like brand new.

I purchased an unlocked phone because mine broke. The process was easy, and less expensive than going through my cell plan. Staff were nice and I feel that the phone is exactly what I was looking for!
