I honestly love my iPhone 16 Plus and I don’t regret buying it at all. The screen is super big and clear, which makes everything from watching videos to scrolling feel way better. Great phone, best battery life and best phone I’ve ever owned

I purchased the phone from Best Buy in Elizabethtown, KY. FedEx delivered two empty boxes instead of my phone. I’ve spent two weeks trying to resolve this issue but Best Buy refuses to refund my money or send a replacement phone to the store. FedEx refuses to help. The Best Buy store says they can’t help. This is the worse purchase I ever made. Best Buy is no different than the thief that stole the phone during shipping unless they do the right thing and resolve this issue with the customer which so far they have refused!!!
