I was nervous to order this phone online even at the refurbished price. It came quickly and was in excellent shape. It had no marks at all, the battery life is excellent and charges quickly. Holding the 16 Pro is a little different with the camera button on the side. It sits where my thumb is when holding, but is very convenient when I want to take a picture. No opening an app. The always on worried me that it would run down the battery, but no so. No issue there and the 5G network is excellent. My old iPhone wasn't capable of 5G and I'm impressed with this feature. I'm very happy with my purchase and the vendor. I'm not a gamer or all day user of my phone. I have an iPad for use, too. The battery has been great as Apple has a reputation for batteries having to be charged daily. I love the security and face recognition use with Apple products. If you're looking to upgrade from an Apple iPhone that's 5+ years old and save a little money as the same time, I recommend the 16 Pro--not too big, not too small. Great phone.
