I recently purchased the iPhone 16 Pro Max from Best Buy, and it has exceeded all my expectations! The sleek design and stunning display immediately caught my eye. The OLED screen is incredibly vibrant and sharp, making everything from videos to photos look lifelike. The performance is next-level—apps run smoother than ever, and the A18 Bionic chip handles multitasking with ease. The camera system is truly impressive, with mind-blowing low-light capabilities and enhanced zoom features. It’s perfect for capturing professional-quality photos on the go. Battery life is fantastic, lasting me all day with heavy use, which is a huge plus. Best Buy made the whole purchasing process seamless, and their staff was incredibly helpful in getting me set up with my new phone. Highly recommend both the iPhone 16 Pro Max and Best Buy for anyone looking to upgrade!

I recently upgraded to the iPhone 16 Pro Max, and honestly, it has exceeded every expectation I had. The moment you pick it up, you can feel the difference, sleek, premium, lightweight yet powerful. The build quality is unmatched, and it just feels like a true luxury device. The camera system is insane. The photos are sharper than ever, the low-light performance is next level, and the zoom capabilities make every shot look professionally done. I’ve captured beautiful pictures of my family, moments with my son, and everyday memories that now look like they belong in a magazine. The battery life is unreal, I can go through a full workday, schoolwork, errands, and still have plenty of charge left. The new processor is super fast and smooth, everything loads instantly, even with multiple apps running. The display is bright, crisp, and stunning. Watching videos, editing photos, or even browsing feels like a whole new experience. And the upgraded features, like smarter AI tools and improved Face ID, make using it feel effortless. Overall, the iPhone 16 Pro Max is worth every penny. It’s powerful, beautiful, reliable, and truly makes life easier. If you’re thinking about getting one, do it, you will not regret it!

Nice phone that has the hardware to explore all of Apple’s new AI updates. The new camera button on the side allows you to zoom in and out, and take photos without having to touch the screen. I get more excited with each update!

AT&T didn’t have phone on hand and they said Best Buy had phone, sales man was very helpful in answering all my questions. It’s been a while seen purchasing anything from Best Buy and as always everyone was very friendly. You’ve gained my trust again.

Purchased for my wife. She loves it. Would recommend for sure

Very fast, the image is much better. And the new camera button is very practical.

Best iPhone Yet. Nice weight, great picture quality.

Massive improvement from IPhone 11pro max. I keep my phones for quite a while as you can see. The photo quality is amazing and battery life is a little less than I than I thought it would be, overall very satisfied.

The color is perfect, I’m very excited about this one! I haven’t upgraded my phone since the iPhone 12 Pro Max and this is very satisfying upgrade! The new features are everything !

I was able to pick up my new iPhone on its launch day. Best Buy is the best place to buy Apple products.

Upgraded from 14Pro. Definitely see the upgrade, not sure why everyone is complaining so much. Sure apple intelligence didn’t roll out at launch, but this battery life more than makes up for the wait. Apple Intelligence isn’t the most important thing for me. I just wanted my phone to last through the day, which the 14Pro was incapable of doing. I love the natural titanium color, the lightness in the hand, the action button, camera control is actually cool to me believe it or not. Its a different iPhone experience for me and I have only owned the iPhone 12 Pro Max and 14 Pro prior to this. So to me the phone was very much worth the upgrade. I would say if all you care about is Apple Inteligence maybe wait for the 17. But if you want a newer iPhone experience with the added camera control feature, all day battery life, and a phone that doesn’t overheat, then this may be the phone for you.

Iphone 16 pro max. The next gen IPhone is an awesome product. It is light and very comfortable to handle. Takes a little to get used to the new button and now you press and hold the ringer off/on instead of sliding it. There are too many things to list. I am very happy with my purchase. Try it today!!

I am very happy with the iPhone 16 pro max phone. Before I purchased this phone I had an iPhone 11 Pro Max. It has been a huge upgrade for me and I am very pleased. I love how much better the camera is and also the battery life. My phone actually lasts me all day instead of me having to charge it so it wouldn’t die. The camera takes amazing crystal clear pictures. So pleased and I would highly recommend this phone to anyone who loves taking pictures.

Very easy to use. I like the upgraded camera, longer battery up-time, excellent screen resolution, faster speed, etc. Waiting for the AI features when available.

Early Christmas present for my girlfriend. She absolutely loves it. It’s been the best purchase so far. 4x the storage over my girlfriend previous iPhone. Now I don’t have to worry about her saying her phone is full. It’s also louder which is great, although slightly annoying. Picture is great. Videos play flawlessly. Camera takes such awesome photos. Can’t recommend it any more. I may have to get one myself.

Nice screen, nice size. Good cameras. Excellent battery life. My wife loves the upgrade.

iPhone 16 pro max is a very powerful phone, the new side button is not as bad as some people have said it is. It has some interesting features and is quite useful when taking photos. The camera's quality is excellent for what i use it for. videos and pictures are sharper than ever. The reason for the 3 stars: The phone is still an incredibly fragile design which requires the owner to cover all the "beauty and expensive materials" with a case of their choice. As a carpenter the phone is not durable enough to handle real life. including dust/wood even large chunks get stuck in the ear speaker area. Siri with GPT integration isnt nearly as helpful or comprehensive as i was expecting. Every 3/4 years I switch between android flagship devices and iphone. After owning this very premium device for about a month I would not recommend this device at this price point unless someone is really attached to the apple ecosystem of products aka really wants the blue bubbles in "messages" I will likely be purchasing a business cell phone in the next month or two and that device will certainly not be an iPhone.

I have had an Apple phone in a lot of series, but this Apple 16 Pro Max is by far the best! The pictures from the cameras are amazing. They were good before but awesome now. The ease of using this phone is simple. I was going to wait for the IPhone 17, but heard such good things I decided to upgrade to the 16. No disappointment here. Great phone!

Nice features plenty of storage great camera easy to use

Great phone! The reason it isn’t five stars is because it wasn’t released with Apple Intelligence but still! The cameras are amazing and I love the 4k 120 fps! It has great response time and loads into apps pretty fast! (I know it’s probably not much faster than the 15 pro max but it’s still fast). The battery life is also good. Under heavy use you will have to charge it daily though. All in all I love the phone and am excited to see the Apple Intelligence come to it!
