Bought this phone for my partner as an anniversary gift. They love it, it works great and has a great battery life. One of the bigger issues they had with their previous phone was it overheated quickly and the battery life died even faster. This new phone offered a great change and continues to serve their daily usage much better.

This iPhone 16e exceeded all my expectations! Even though it’s preowned, it looks and feels brand new—no scratches, flawless performance, and the battery life is excellent. Setup was quick, and everything runs smoothly without any hiccups. I’m thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-quality phone at a great value. Five stars!

I always had android devices, this is the first one that i own and i gotta say that im impressed with it. For starters its easy to use the software its efficient and fast, i always heard that the batteries on iphones never last but this one last almost up to 3 days with one charge. I still got a lot to learn but so far im loving it

This device is an upgrade and it has many new handy features that are automatic and easily accessible. I am still exploring as this is a recent purchase and the journey has just begun. Looking forward to an extended timeline with this device.

I was skeptical at first but the iPhone was in excellent condition despite being pre owned! Amazing bang for your buck and a significant upgrade over my iPhone 12. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

It’s an apple iPhone. It works well as expected. Replacing an iPhone 12 that had a broken input. Expect this phone won’t have the same problem

Had the option for a free line of cell service through cox mobile so grabbed a refurb phone. Phone is solid no issues.

Great value, but on the website it stated open box, which meant you could get the Apple warranty, however after I purchased it was told it was "pre-owned", so wasn't eligible for AppleCare. However, my niece wanted this phone in black and they didn't have a new or opened box one in store, so we kept it. The phone was brand new tho' (we found out when we checked the battery status) and she loves it, so as long as she's happy.

This phone works great and it also is very affordable.

Phone came at 100% battery life no scratches there is oen small ding on the aluminum or metal part near the screen but other than that no issues

Very happy with it would definitely recommend this to anybody that’s looking for a new phone use phone or whatever

I love having the 16e. The features were amazing compared to my previous iPhone which was the iPhone 12
