I bought my iPhone 17 Pro last December 9 at Best Buy, and I’m very happy with my purchase. The phone is fast, sleek, and the camera quality is excellent. The Best Buy staff were very friendly and helpful, answered my questions patiently, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Great product and great customer service!

Very helpful staff at the Wilmington Best Buy, was able to wipe the old phone and walk out with a new iPhone 17pro all set up within about 40minutes. Staff also encouraged the trade-in of the old phone directly to ATT which would yield more money, and they provided info on the easiest way to do that.

Picked up this new iPhone as my 13 was getting slow and the battery needed replacement.

iPhone performs as expected, but wish it just a bit lighter. It’s fast, reliable, and takes great action photos (why I got the Pro). I keep phones until they stop working, so this should future proof name.

Excellent phone upgrade and stellar service by the Best Buy mobile team! I needed to get a new iPhone, since mine is several years old, and it has exceeded my expectations. Using all the features that come with the iOS updates makes it more efficient and convenient, the camera is incredible as well. I highly recommend a new iPhone 17 Pro and have Best Buy handle the transition and purchase it is flawless every time.

So much smoother going from the Apple iPhone 11 to this one. It’s much faster and the camera is a lot better. Speakers are also louder

Very easy to order and pick up in the store. I was able to arrange the trade-in at the time of purchase. I am a Total Tech member so I get free Apple Care, which is nice. The phone came in the correct color and with the specified storage. Phone is excellent.

Much stronger design overall, glad the fragile glass back is gone and replaced with metal. Even if it scratches which I have not struggled with; it won’t be cracking like my older 14 did. Camera is significantly better especially if coming from 14 or older. Additionally for older lightning cable users this puts everything in line using USB-C so no more lugging additional cables just for phone. Highly recommend for anyone still using lightning based phone especially if you upgraded other accessories to use USB-C.

Great phone, worth the upgrade! Wonderful cameras but not as great with battery life as the pro max.

So far this phone has been really reliable and good.

To preface, I purchased a new iPhone out of a need due to my iPhone 14 having a cracked screen from dropping it. I had been wanting to hold out until something in the way of a true update occurred. But alas, here we are. This is yet another "white noise" edition of the iPhone. Nothing really groundbreaking or game changing. The addition of a camera function button on the side proves to be more of an annoyance for me than useful. The amount of times I have accidentally opened the camera and taken a picture of nothing just by picking up my phone is countless at this point. I hated when they moved the power button from the top to the side, and now there is another button to try to not hit when grabbing my phone. Great! Aside from the one negative, there is really nothing new or exciting here. Just another iPhone that is more so the same as has been the status quo. Better camera, processor, battery, blah blah blah. Sure. Same as what every other company is doing with their devices. I'd only recommend getting this phone, whether it be an upgrade or changing over from Android if you are in need. There is nothing truly desirable about this device that will blow you away. It's not bad or anything, just meh and the same tired device that Apple has been doing over and over while being confused why their sales are faltering.
