I bought my iPhone 17 Pro last December 9 at Best Buy, and I’m very happy with my purchase. The phone is fast, sleek, and the camera quality is excellent. The Best Buy staff were very friendly and helpful, answered my questions patiently, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Great product and great customer service!

I’m very impressed with my iPhone 17 Pro. It’s fast, smooth, and feels like a great upgrade. The camera takes excellent photos and videos, the display looks fantastic, and the battery life has been great for everyday use. Everything works quickly and seamlessly, and the phone has a premium feel. I also had a great experience purchasing it through Best Buy. The process was easy, the staff was helpful, and everything went smoothly. I’m very happy with both the iPhone 17 Pro and my Best Buy experience. Highly recommended!

Very helpful staff at the Wilmington Best Buy, was able to wipe the old phone and walk out with a new iPhone 17pro all set up within about 40minutes. Staff also encouraged the trade-in of the old phone directly to ATT which would yield more money, and they provided info on the easiest way to do that.

Picked up this new iPhone as my 13 was getting slow and the battery needed replacement.

iPhone performs as expected, but wish it just a bit lighter. It’s fast, reliable, and takes great action photos (why I got the Pro). I keep phones until they stop working, so this should future proof name.

Excellent phone upgrade and stellar service by the Best Buy mobile team! I needed to get a new iPhone, since mine is several years old, and it has exceeded my expectations. Using all the features that come with the iOS updates makes it more efficient and convenient, the camera is incredible as well. I highly recommend a new iPhone 17 Pro and have Best Buy handle the transition and purchase it is flawless every time.

So much smoother going from the Apple iPhone 11 to this one. It’s much faster and the camera is a lot better. Speakers are also louder

Very easy to order and pick up in the store. I was able to arrange the trade-in at the time of purchase. I am a Total Tech member so I get free Apple Care, which is nice. The phone came in the correct color and with the specified storage. Phone is excellent.

I honestly wasn't looking for an upgrade, but the store rep for ATT made an offer that was difficult to pass up - the trade amount for my 16 Pro and lower monthly bill by switching from T-Mobile to ATT were impossible to pass up. The phone pretty much sells itself, it's difficult to find anything bad to say about the iPhone. And regarding the battery life... For the first time (possibly ever) I can go two days without charging my phone - that alone was worth the upgrade from the 16 Pro. All in all, the upgrade to the 17 Pro is a solid choice. Definitely recommend it!

Much stronger design overall, glad the fragile glass back is gone and replaced with metal. Even if it scratches which I have not struggled with; it won’t be cracking like my older 14 did. Camera is significantly better especially if coming from 14 or older. Additionally for older lightning cable users this puts everything in line using USB-C so no more lugging additional cables just for phone. Highly recommend for anyone still using lightning based phone especially if you upgraded other accessories to use USB-C.

I ran over my 15pro with the mower. I didn’t think I’d get another phone for another few years, but here we are! The camera is so superior and the battery life is so impressive. I go 2-3 days between charges and don’t make it through the day before. It’s heavier and sturdier than my previous phone…I still don’t think it would outlast the mower, but it can take some serious drops and slides.

Great phone, worth the upgrade! Wonderful cameras but not as great with battery life as the pro max.
