Excellent experience with Best Buy! I purchased a pre-owned unlocked iPhone 17 Pro and picked it up at the store. The pickup process was quick and easy, and the phone was in excellent condition, almost like new. Everything works perfectly, and activating it with my carrier was simple. Great value for the price and a very smooth overall experience. Definitely satisfied with my purchase!

Here’s a softer rephrasing: Great experience upgrading from my iPhone 13 Pro Max to a pre-owned iPhone 17 Pro at Best Buy. The trade-in process was convenient, and the Geek Squad team was very helpful with the data transfer and activation. The phone is in great condition, and I really like the orange color. The one thing I wish I had known beforehand is that AppleCare+ coverage through the Best Buy Total membership isn’t available for pre-owned phones. I would have appreciated having that coverage option and wish I had checked the eligibility before making the upgrade.

It was my first time to buy a pre-owned phone. I have been an iPhone user for the past 12years and when I got these on my hands, I can’t even tell that they’re pre-owned. Everything was smooth, both the transfer of data from my old phone down to how it actually works. Will definitely recommend to friends.

No issues with the phone , battery life was at 97% which is amazing, everything functions exactly as it should and the online purchasing made it very fast to get in and out of the store without spending hours there.

As far as the phone it’s awesome . I ordered online so upon pickup I was disappointed with the screen size getting the pro I was under the impression that the size would be bigger . That’s really my only complaint. To pay that much for a phone one would like the screen to be bigger. The camera is awesome .

Very satisfied with phone itself. Would never have known it was pre-owned except for non-Apple packaging. Only frustration has been taking a lot of unintended photos because of side button click. I’m sure I’ll learn. HOWEVER—not one sales person told me I have absolutely no warranty even though I am a TOTAL MEMBER. Terrible!!

It’s actually a fantastic phone, came from a google pixel that would die in a few hours to ending my day with steady use and 45% battery life left.
