Excellent product. A delight to use. User friendly.

We purchased this device to replace my wife's iPhone X. This was a substantial upgrade for her. As of today, she is very impressed with the device. Bit of learning curve for her, but overall it's an excellent device.

The product is good and works as described. The Best Buy rep that sold the product needs to be clearer in what will be changed to your cellular agreement. I had to renegotiate my contract with AT&T bc the rep had changed my contract terms

Great phone and easy to transfer all of my apps and info. The young man that helped me was very nice , informative and had patience showing me how and what to do.

Great phone phone after I had to go some where else to purchase a a phone. Fedx delivered a box that had been opened and no phone. Best Buy and Fedx were no help. You try and call Best Buy !! Worst group of people I have ever had to deal with. Don't care and no help with the problem !
