This is a powerful but excellent low cost iPhone that I purchased for my wife to replace her very old iPhone. Tons of great features, and it quadrupled the memory of her old SE iPhone.

The product is good and works as described. The Best Buy rep that sold the product needs to be clearer in what will be changed to your cellular agreement. I had to renegotiate my contract with AT&T bc the rep had changed my contract terms

Super clear screen, videos look good, Face ID doesn’t work fast

Upgraded from an iPhone 8 Plus the screen is about the size of the entire phone my aunt really happy with the upgrade and she doesn’t seem too disappointed with the camera. The E series iPhones are always a great value pretty disappointed they got a price increase recently.

We purchased this device to replace my wife's iPhone X. This was a substantial upgrade for her. As of today, she is very impressed with the device. Bit of learning curve for her, but overall it's an excellent device.

love this new phone. It works similar to my old one. Volume did not work well on my old phone and I can hear good on the new one. Will use it everyday. Salesman, Kyle, was very helpful and patient.
