This is a powerful but excellent low cost iPhone that I purchased for my wife to replace her very old iPhone. Tons of great features, and it quadrupled the memory of her old SE iPhone.

Super clear screen, videos look good, Face ID doesn’t work fast

The product is good and works as described. The Best Buy rep that sold the product needs to be clearer in what will be changed to your cellular agreement. I had to renegotiate my contract with AT&T bc the rep had changed my contract terms

We purchased this device to replace my wife's iPhone X. This was a substantial upgrade for her. As of today, she is very impressed with the device. Bit of learning curve for her, but overall it's an excellent device.

easy to switch from the se to 17e as a senior citizen

love this new phone. It works similar to my old one. Volume did not work well on my old phone and I can hear good on the new one. Will use it everyday. Salesman, Kyle, was very helpful and patient.

Great phone phone after I had to go some where else to purchase a a phone. Fedx delivered a box that had been opened and no phone. Best Buy and Fedx were no help. You try and call Best Buy !! Worst group of people I have ever had to deal with. Don't care and no help with the problem !
